Went on test drive with the salesperson. When we got back the salesperson suggested I have the dealership appraise my car for a trade-in. I told her I wanted to sell it on my own and she sai When we got back the salesperson suggested I have the dealership appraise my car for a trade-in. I told her I wanted to sell it on my own and she said lets just see what the dealership appraiser says. We went inside and as we were walking to her desk I realized I didn't have time to have my car appraised and told her I had to go and asked for her card. She was visibly irritated, turned and went to her desk and came back and handed me her card. I asked her if I said something to upset her and she only said, "the car isn't going to sit." I turned and left. I felt this salesperson was rude and unprofessional. I asked for her card because I planned on working with her; if not on the car that I test drove then another one. As it is I will never go to this dealership again. More
Phone sales person gave one warranty Chris, in person said no and changed it, said we don’t offer warranties on vehicles over 100,000. I don’t like high pressure sales people. Won’t return there.
