Unprofessional. An Absolutely HORRIBLE Experience If I could rate this dealership a zero stars I would. I feel like your team handled themselves extremely poorly. I feel like all but Stan are lacking If I could rate this dealership a zero stars I would. I feel like your team handled themselves extremely poorly. I feel like all but Stan are lacking in the customer service skills department. And though selling cars is their main goal....treating individuals appropriately should be their first priority. I wouldn’t recommend anyone in Great Falls give Honda their business. Unless you’d like to be treated as if you are a piece of lawn droppings under someone’s shoe. Absolutely disgraceful. Though I guess I can thank Honda Great Falls for setting that bar so low. I feel like any experience I have at any other dealership will be absolutely top notch compared to what I experienced here over the last month. More

They didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need and pointed out safety concerns on my vehicle which I will definitely get taken care of here as well thank you so much Honda of great falls for all of your help and knowledge More
Communication Problems and Blowup, But Sincere Apology What started off as the worst business experience ever, has been resolved. There was some substantial communication issues stemming from a promise mad What started off as the worst business experience ever, has been resolved. There was some substantial communication issues stemming from a promise made by the sales rep, this was followed by a run around as far as getting an answer regarding that promise, and finished with an angry conversation with the manager. HOWEVER, I came in to cash in on a promotional flyer for which I had won a prize, and the manager personally sat down with me and apologized for our previous encounter and the frustration we had been through. Overall, it was a rough first experience but in the end turned out okay. More

If you don't know the game and you pay sticker, sheesh I think you bought someone half a boat. I came in looked at cars, sat down and waited for a number. They bring me back a sheet at sticker price. I don't know if I had sucker written on my forehead or what, but I called them out and they came back 20m later with a great price and it was smooth sailing after that. Came back to look at the car again and had a pleasant experience. Received an appropriate call the next day asking if I'd made a decision and offering to answer any questions I had. Overall had a very solid experience and excellent salesmanship once we got past playing games. Stan is an excellent salesman. 4* rating on price is due to the game and due to the price of a used 2016 Odyssey with 26k miles basically being 2k difference than a new one with 0 miles (same trim level etc). I guess there might be someone out there who wants to buy a used van for 6% less than a new one, but the pricing on that seems fundamentally wrong to me. It was in prime condition though so I dunno, maybe. More
Less than 1 star! Can I rate this LESS THAN 1 STAR!?!? I will not shop at Honda of Great Falls ever again. Their (some-odd) point "inspection" on pre-owned vehicles i Can I rate this LESS THAN 1 STAR!?!? I will not shop at Honda of Great Falls ever again. Their (some-odd) point "inspection" on pre-owned vehicles is pretty shoddy, and the after-sale customer service even more so. I bought a used Chevy Trailblazer in March 2017, on a Sunday. Was told the previous owner was an elderly gentleman, who kept the car in extremely good care, and kept records of every little oil change and repair. The only real concerns I had were that they "couldn't find" the second key and remote fob, and that the lid on the center console wouldn't latch. James (the used car sales manager) told me this is a common problem in the trailblazers. All I had to do was pop out the latch piece and bend the metal a bit, and that will fix it. He said "if the shop was open today day, we could have fixed it in about 10 minutes." On the way home to Missoula, found out the CD player didn't work. When we got to Missoula and rolled the windows down, there was a sound like I was dragging a chain. Took it into a shop, turns out someone installed new shocks incorrectly, and a washer had slipped from it's top position into the spring of the shock. Had to be cut out by a mechanic. $$ 50 $$.. I took out the latch on the console... it's PLASTIC, not metal. I tried heating the plastic and bending it further. Worked for a minute, but within a week, it was clear it could not be fixed. Very annoying to have that constantly popping open for no reason. Went to buy a second key, turns out the one and only lock mechanism on the entire vehicle is broken, and can't be opened manually with a key. Must have the remote fob to open. Bought a second remote fob, $$ 86 $$. Estimate to fix the lock: $$ 50 - 100 $$ (I need to make an appointment for that.) Before I could address the lock issue, the battery went dead, and wouldn't hold a charge. So I replaced. $$180 $$. That worked for a week or two, then it went dead again. Turns out the alternator was bad. Replaced that, $$ 307 $$, as well as the stereo. $$ 195 $$ (The least expensive one at Best Buy was $175.) We noticed that shifting from first to second gear was occasionally (not always) rough. I took an afternoon off to take it to a transmission shop, they couldn't diagnose it within an hour. Said I had to bring it in and leave it for them to dig deeper. (When I told them I'd just bought it, they suggested I not buy from that dealer again.) If I lived in Great Falls, it would have been easy to stop in to have them address these issues as they arose. But I live 3 hours away. My father lives in Great Falls, he spoke to James, the used car manager. James told him to have me call - they "stand by their vehicles". I thought I should find out more about the transmission so I could have all the info first. I work full time and have two small kids. Not easy for me to just take a day off and go sit at a transmission shop. The days are now getting shorter. Twice in the last week, the headlights just randomly go out as I'm driving. They come back on after a minute or two, but - i don't know - I find this extremely dangerous. Yet another appointment to have something fixed, that's likely been going on all summer, just didn't notice because of the daylight. Only five months after I purchased, I called James to ask about what help they might provide in the mounting expenses I've already put into this vehicle. He told me none. Too much time has passed, and "if he had a crystal ball to know when things are going to go bad, he'd be a millionaire". (He said that might sound mean.) I suggested that a lot of these things - like the console lid, the shocks, the lock, the CD player - these are things that didn't need a crystal ball - and probably should have been fixed before selling the vehicle. And the VERY short time frame of the others, (I have receipts showing how soon I had to deal with those) could probably have been detected. The headlights could not have been discovered until now, because this is when the days are getting shorter, and I'm actually USING them. He said too much time has passed, so they cannot do anything for me. I said "well, I guess I know where NOT to shop for vehicles from now on. So Thank you for that". He said "no problem, have a nice day". Finding all of these problems, and NeYo CD stuck in the player, I don't believe what James said about the previous owner. I get that there is some risk in buying a used vehicle. And I know repairs are required once in a while on older vehicles. But I would expect that a vehicle that just went through a "thorough inspection" would not have SOOO many issues so soon. And ABSOLUTELY NO OFFER to help? Honda of Great Falls DOES NOT "stand behind their vehicles"!! More
VERY UNHAPPY, NEVER BUY A CAR HERE My son went in to see about trading in his car for a newer one. They told him that he had to do a insurance claim for the hail damage on his vehicle w My son went in to see about trading in his car for a newer one. They told him that he had to do a insurance claim for the hail damage on his vehicle which wasn't to bad. They gave him $1,500.00 (which was below the worst condition on Nada) for his car as a trade in and wanted the insurance check for the hail damage. He filed the claim and received a check for $2,820.00 which they got so they made a profit of $1320.00 with out doing any of the work to fix the car up. At the time my son traded his car in he still owed $4,800.00 on the car. So the negative amount got rolled in to the new car. Which I totally understand and agree too. I feel my son had to pay them to take the car. I feel like he should have gotten the difference to put on his loan for the new car. I will never buy a car from this dealership. I will drive to Helena or Missoula. I feel like they took advantage of a young man who really wanted to get a newer car and didn't have it explained to him very well. More

I was told by what was an apparently untrained finance man that a $2000 used warranty was mandatory which jacked the price of the vehicle up higher than I was willing to pay for a monthly payment. We walked. Was contacted the next day and told that the finance person had not been trained properly and the $2000 used warranty was optional. We debated about even going back but I really loved the vehicle so we ended back and purchased it. We were told the car hadn't been detailed yet and we would need to set an appointment to have that done which we did. The only thing that was done to the vehicle was it was washed on the outside. Water spots were still on the windshield, they didn't even bother to dry it off. NOTHING was done to the inside. You could still see the streaks on the inside of the windshield from when they poorly cleaned it when it was replaced. The steering wheel had dirt and grime on it that wasn't even touched and the pockets throughout the vehicle still had dirt and crumbs in them. Very disappointed in the way the sale was handled although our salesman was very nice. It really was not him that caused the issue with the sale, it was the untrained finance person. Again very disappointed in what was supposed to be a detail, when all they did was wash the outside of the car. More
