Glad that it is no longer a lithia dealership. They were not very good at explaining the pricing before we agreed on everything. They left a lot of room for negotiation & they went around us on the financing.
A seamless transaction - very pleasant. Most of the deal was done online, and Josh had everything ready to sign and move forward since we still had 300 miles to go to get home. Very happy with the customer service and the Ridgeline!
