This is a RAVE review! Walking into the showroom has a certain peace about it that is difficult to put in words, but it is "felt". I had called ahead about a vehicle I saw posted on Marketplace and spok certain peace about it that is difficult to put in words, but it is "felt". I had called ahead about a vehicle I saw posted on Marketplace and spoke to Matt Bolton. When I arrived, Matt was ready for me...he had the vehicle pulled up and he had made sure it was spotless for viewing. I can't say enough good things about Matt. (Personable, friendly, professional, knowledgeable). I had been to dealer after dealer for the last week so I knew what to expect... but i was wrong. I was asked what I WANTED to pay (what??). That was different. Guess what.... they came within $17!! No haggling, no bs.... Matt is that efficient and knowledgeable. The paperwork just had to be signed... and that too was the model of efficiency. I'm realizing that start to finalized was less than 2 1/2 hours. Unheard of. Not once did I feel rushed by Matt. By the way...I drove away in my new to me 2017 Rav4. Tell Matt I said hi when you buy your next car from him. More

Our salesman, Evan, was very Personable and friendly. The price he quoted us on the phone was just what we were charged for the car we bought. We were happy with our purchase! Wait time for closing the purchase with some financing was quite long: two hours. We also had to correct the sales price with the finance person because his paperwork showed an incorrect price, higher than what we were told it would be. Stanley volunteered that he thought there was a second key for our pre-owned car. He said he would look for it and mail it to us if found. If that happens, we would really appreciate that. More
One of the worst customer service experiences I've had I intentionally waited 6 months to write this review to let the emotion die down and to test the durability of the repair I ended up getting elsewhere I intentionally waited 6 months to write this review to let the emotion die down and to test the durability of the repair I ended up getting elsewhere for much less. I went in for a repair on a Honda Odyssey with a broken controller arm to subfame bolt. They told me they would have to replace the entire subframe for over $2000 plus labor. I work on cars a lot, and only go in when I don't have the actual equipment to do the job (like the required allignment after repair). I knew what was broken, and the nut had broken its weld on the subframe, the subframe itself was very much intact. I politely declined the repair. When I got home, I removed the wheel to take another look, and the lug nuts came off too easy for my comfort. I don't think they torqued them, which I always do with a torque wrench. I called the service manager and left a message politely recommending that he speak with his techs about making sure lugs are torqued to specification for safety reasons. I got a call back at work where the service manager told me how offended he was and proceeded to rip me a new one for making such a suggestion. He started to calm a little when I reminded him I'm the customer, but it made me so mad after the call I had to wait to write any reviews. I took the van to high tech auto, and he fixed it for about $300.00, and it's been running smoothly and securely for over 6 months. He even looked back into the repair on his own afterward because it had a new squeak and fixed it without extra charge. I've had good experiences at other Honda dealerships in other cities, but if you're in Great Falls, you should really consider going somewhere else. More

Horrible customer service in the service department Was told to be at Honda at 8am nobody helps me until 8:35 was bringing my car in to be serviced for clunking noises Ruth at the service desk was extre Was told to be at Honda at 8am nobody helps me until 8:35 was bringing my car in to be serviced for clunking noises Ruth at the service desk was extremely rude to my wife and I who have worked extremely hard for the car we have was also told I was going to be getting a loaner car until mine is fixed they told me this morning they didn't have one so they gave us somebody's personal vehicle which is disgusting inside absolute travesty. I thought Honda would take care of us a little better but I guess I was completely wrong this is not how you treat customers whatsoever. I would not even want to be seen in this loaner vehicle. More
