Also, VERY much appreciated a total when called to say my vehicle was ready, but then shortly thereafter, another call to say that the price quoted was too much since we had gotten an estimate of the needed repairs several months ago. I didn't mind the final phone call at all, and I told Ruth she could call us anytime to tell us she was saving us some money. More
