Work isn't worth the pay. I brought my car in for a diagnostic test. My radiator had to be replaced. It was very expensive and the labor is expensive as well. They got the part in "fixed" my over heating problem. 4 days after I pick up my subaru it over heats once again. I call and speak with Patrick Pippin, who was my rep. as I paid for my car he was as friendly as can be. Once I call asking why my car is over heating he can't give an explanation.. He was so rude and would not let me speak. I am highly dissatisfied why my experience. They are trained to work on these cars. More

I was misled during purchase to believe 24 months of service was included. Paper provided with car describes said service. Today after driving 90 miles for the first oil change and tire rotation, I was service was included. Paper provided with car describes said service. Someone lied! I will NEVER do business with Grayson Subaru again and I will warn everyone I know! More

Our 2013 Outback experienced a road hazard issue with one of the tires. We picked up a piece of metal that sliced the tire. It could not be patched and required replacement. Grayson helped us out by applying of the tires. We picked up a piece of metal that sliced the tire. It could not be patched and required replacement. Grayson helped us out by applying the Subaru Gold protection which replaced the tire for free. They were responsive to the emergency repair and had my wife back on the road within hours. Additionally, they found three minor chips in the windshield and repaired them for a very reasonable price. We appreciated the proactive nature of this service recommendation. More
