Brokedown Out of Town I was traveling from NY to Gatlinburg when my 2007 Outback with 252,000 miles overheated. Fortunately for me it broke down outside of Knoxville. Subaru Service Center I had appt. for regular 6 month maintenance on a car I had purchased there six months ago. I was having two issues of car not wanting to start when w I had appt. for regular 6 month maintenance on a car I had purchased there six months ago. I was having two issues of car not wanting to start when weather was cold and squeaky brakes which I wanted those things checked out also. Upon arrival before the invoice was wrote up I was told there would be a two hour wait which I had no problem with that. After two hours went by no service person approached me about them needing more time. After three hours still sitting there with no information about how much longer it was going to take. After about four and 1/2 hours I was told the car needed a new battery which I agreed to purchase. After five hours the car was ready. If I had known it would take that long I would have gotten a loaner if that was an option. Upon arrival that wasn't mentioned to me. More
Damaged My Vehicle Took my new 2017 Santa Fe in for its FIRST oil change - they left a gouge in the rear bumper and then refused to fix it. The service manager (who wasn't there when the vehicle was serviced) claimed there was nothing that could have caused the damage. I performed walk around before and after and pointed out the damage immediately to the service personnel at the time. He stated that I would have to contact the service manager the following week. It is sad that you can't trust a dealer. I would avoid this service department at all costs - very cold and non-caring when it comes to new vehicles. More
couldn't have done it better myself. I was traveling when my vehicle started having issues. I called road side assistance and they towed me to Grayson. I got here after service hours however, Randy in sales department offered me a loaner car. Saturday when I arrived at 7am when their hours of operations said they were open, the service people already had my vehicle in the bay working on it. My vehicle was fixed and ready Togo one hour after they opened. This is a very awesome team Grayson has going for them. They are good hearted people that care about their customers. The quality of workmanship is phenomenal. I would recommend them 100times over. More

Low pressure, great service - recommend to all my friends My wife and I have bought 3 Hyundai's from Grayson in the last year. A Santa Fe for her, a Sonata for my oldest and a Elantra for my youngest. The sales staff has been easy to work with and never left us feeling pressured. Our last sale was with Mack, I'd recommend him to anyone. Good sense of humor and answered all our questions, making us comfortable with the sales and the terms. All of our Hyundai's are serviced here. I always ask for Patrick (Pippin?) when I call in to schedule. He does a great job of answer my questions and explaining work they will do as well as what is coming up. My wife appreciates his demeanor and personality, making her comfortable taking her car in. More
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BODY SHOP: Regarding BODY SHOP: The staff was for the most part friendly but that is about all the positive comments I can make. The issues included: 4 days to get an appointment for an estimate; 10 days to get an appointment for the repairs; Was not ready when committed (twice and I had to call to follow-up to find that out both times); the first time we went to get the vehicle it had a glob of paint in the area that was supposed to be fixed; The second time we went to pick it up (after it not being ready again when promised), the same area still had a blemish so we left it again; A third time it was not ready when promised but when we picked it up they had finally done it correctly. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP! More
Work isn't worth the pay. I brought my car in for a diagnostic test. My radiator had to be replaced. It was very expensive and the labor is expensive as well. They got the part in "fixed" my over heating problem. 4 days after I pick up my subaru it over heats once again. I call and speak with Patrick Pippin, who was my rep. as I paid for my car he was as friendly as can be. Once I call asking why my car is over heating he can't give an explanation.. He was so rude and would not let me speak. I am highly dissatisfied why my experience. They are trained to work on these cars. More
As an owner of 3 Subarus, quality automotive service is a necessity. I've been to other dealerships and service centers in several states, and I must say, my experience at Grayson was the absolute best. Asi necessity.
