After viewing and selecting the vehicle we wanted to look at on line, and having spoken to Seth, we drove 2 hours to Grayson Subaru. Our salesman, CL, came out to meet us immediatly and was very friendly, ob at on line, and having spoken to Seth, we drove 2 hours to Grayson Subaru. Our salesman, CL, came out to meet us immediatly and was very friendly, obliging and helpful in showing us the used 2011 Subaru we had inquired about. We were very pleased with it and so began the negotiations. All went well, and we finally left the dealership at 8:00 PM. I can't help but feel we were misled into thinking that the vehicle we had just purchased was as well maintained as we were led to believe. I had asked if I should have the oil changed and was told that "they changed the oil on every used vehicle that comes in". When I got home, I checked the oil and it was black as molasses. The car had 4500 miles on it and should have, at least, had the oil changed at 3000 miles, but there again, I had a hard time believing that it had. I would go back to this dealership again, but I would certainly want to know ALL the facts about the vehicle in question. More
Great price; dealt with online sales (Seth Hart) for vehicle; disappointed because things were not done like we were told they would be, i.e., Seth was not working on the day we drove 4+ hours to buy ve vehicle; disappointed because things were not done like we were told they would be, i.e., Seth was not working on the day we drove 4+ hours to buy vehicle after we had been dealing with him for about 2 wks via phone/email (and he knew we were coming), vehicle was not ready to leave the lot on same day as we were told it would be, had about a 2 hour wait to see Business Manager (Randy) to complete the deal, was not notified by Seth that one specific vehicle we were driving 4+ hours to drive had sold on prior day. All in all, excellent price--Keith C. was awesome and did everything he could to make our experience a good one---dealership delivered the car to us to make up for it not being ready. Would we go back to Grayson? For sure! Just be prepared to wait & encounter "bumps in the road" along the way. More

I contacted Grayson on the internet about a vehicle and was contacted by Seth Hart by phone the same day and was told the vehicle in question was available and in excellent condition. What a pleasant surprise to discover that the Forester was nicer that expected, immaculate in every way and Dennis answered every question about the vehicle. We did the obligatory price haggling thing and settled on a price that suited us. We were turned over to Randy Carter, business manager, who explained all our options, never pressured us and treated my wife and I with the utmost respect. Overall, we're very pleased with the vehicle and were absolutly pleased with the three gentlemen we dealt with, very professional, courteous and helpful in every way. What more could one ask for? We drove 150 miles to buy a vehicle and I'll do it again for my next Subaru, directly to Grayson. More

Was well satisfied with the salesperson Steve Rhea and the price of the vehicle.It was a very non pressure environment which works well for us and allowed us to make a very good informative decision on ou the price of the vehicle.It was a very non pressure environment which works well for us and allowed us to make a very good informative decision on our purchase. The only negative that we have is that the car only came with one key and no key fob for the keyless entry.If we would have known this before purchase we would have negotiated it in the price.It took several trips from our house in Gatlinburg Tn. to knoxville Tn. and a total cost of over $200.00 for the key, key fob and programing, plus the fuel and time involved.We were frustrated because when we bought the key we weren't told there would be an additional charge for programing the key that we bought from the dealership. That being said they did give us a discount on the programing of the key and the key fob. Our experiance would have been better if the car would have come with 2 sets of keys and a key fob for the keyless entry that came with the car.I guess the next time we will ask questions about keys and not assume that because we were buying from a dealer that the car would have 2 sets of keys and a key fob for the keyless entry that originally came with the car. More
