We love our 2009 Outback, but will never go to Grayson again. It was sold to us as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, but there were several items on the 100-point checklist that were obviously not checked, s again. It was sold to us as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, but there were several items on the 100-point checklist that were obviously not checked, such as the cabin air filter, which obviously had never been changed. A problem with the car just a few weeks after purchase required a flatbed tow back to the dealer. I had to call a private tow company because I couldn't get anyone from Grayson on the phone, after trying several numbers several times. Upon arrival, the Pre-Owned Manager treated me flippantly and didn't seem concerned that a car they just sold a few weeks earlier wouldn't even start. Later, the headlights seemed out of alignment, but they insisted they were correct. However, a Subaru dealer in another state (VT) confirmed they were misaligned and promptly fixed them. The VT dealer also addressed an outstanding recall on the brake line that seems should have been addressed by Grayson when I bought the car. More

After many weeks of shopping on-line (including from overseas) among several Hyundai dealers, Grayson made me a very attactive offer. It was on exactly the vehicle i was looking for (except for color), a 2013 Accent Hatchback manual, which apparently was a bit difficult to find. They did a "dealer trade" with another Hyundai dealership in a neighboring state. The sales price, which included a rebate, was slightly less than the Kelly Blue Book "Fair Purchase Price" found on-line. All my dealing was done by e-mail (beginning when I was still living overseas) or, toward the end, by telephone. At the time, I had just relocated to western North Carolina, but it was well worth the 2-hour drive to Knoxville to conclude the deal -- the first time I had met the folks in person OR seen the car! Grayson is even reimbursing me for the $50 drop fee to leave my rental car there in Knoxville! I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Other dealers just did not seem serious about finding me the car I was looking for. More
I had the best Experience With Grayson Hyundai. They really worked with me to get my new car..I told them up front my credit was not that good. And I would need a cosigner. Ive been to other car dealers a week before and none of them really did the hard work that the Grayson Hyundai team did. If I could give 20 stars to Scott (salesman) for working so hard to make sure I got the car and the trade in I wanted And going over with me everything on the new car I needed to know.. I was misled during purchase to believe 24 months of service was included. Paper provided with car describes said service. Someone lied! I will NEVER do business with Grayson Subaru again and I will warn everyone I know! More
Our 2013 Outback experienced a road hazard issue with one of the tires. We picked up a piece of metal that sliced the tire. It could not be patched and required replacement. Grayson helped us out by applying the Subaru Gold protection which replaced the tire for free. They were responsive to the emergency repair and had my wife back on the road within hours. Additionally, they found three minor chips in the windshield and repaired them for a very reasonable price. We appreciated the proactive nature of this service recommendation. More
We did expereince a slight problem in which the car was released without a temp dealer tag. Neal caught the issue quickly and we returned the next day to pick it up.
