Great Shopping Experience I went into the dealership to service my 2013 Hyundai Elantra and decided to look around while I was there. I am currently expecting my first baby and I went into the dealership to service my 2013 Hyundai Elantra and decided to look around while I was there. I am currently expecting my first baby and already have 2 large fur babies at home and I knew that I needed to consider a larger vehicle to fit my whole family into one car. On the first day I spoke with Mike Anderson who was very helpful and walked me through all my options. He didn't fluff anything or make me feel like I had to upgrade, he just helped me understand where I stood with my current vehicle and what options could better suit my needs. We walked through the lot and the whole time he carried my work back for me (since it was heavy and I am noticeably pregnant, it was very kind of him). That night I went home and talked with my spouse and decided to go back the next day and more than likely make the move to a bigger vehicle. While there we found that buying new better suited our needs so we then worked with Marty Widener while exploring our 2017 vehicle options. Marty knows everything you can ever want to know about his vehicles. He showed me all of my options and ultimately I decided on the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. Even though it was raining, and he really doesn't like lightning, he stood out there in the lot with me to help me understand everything before I took my test drive. The SUV was great and just what I wanted. Ultimately we purchased that day and closed on everything with CJ in financing (who is probably my favorite person ever, he is so kind and really knows his stuff). He even saw me struggling with the color to choose (I really liked mineral gray) and he gave me advice that influenced my decision. He said with a baby on board, it's best to choose a color that stands out so that people can always see you. Grays sometimes can be lost during the sunrise or sunset. After that I was sold on the beautiful burnt orange (and it was the one that more fit my budget)! Now when I drive anywhere I feel safer and feel like others can see me coming. Overall it was a great experience, and I plan to go back to get my Genesis when my children are grown :) More

Unsafe used cars. Went to look for a used vehicle 05 BMW X3 with female friend. Her car was stolen and she has little mechanical knowledge. Arrived at Grayson Hyundai t Went to look for a used vehicle 05 BMW X3 with female friend. Her car was stolen and she has little mechanical knowledge. Arrived at Grayson Hyundai to look at BMW. A salesman approached us (john) and asked us if he could answer any questions. I asked him about the bad tire (showing the steel cords) if they would replace it. To my surprise he responded the car was being sold in what they call the BARGAIN lot and sold as is and NO repairs would be done on the car. John said since the car was under 10,000 dollars they don't do any repairs. I said the tire is a saftey issue and he said he would see what they could do.I guess 10,000 dollars is a small sum to them but to a single mother that's alot of money. Then I contacted Seth Hart by email asking about the inspection and tire issue on this vehicle. To my surprise he told me they don't inspect or do repairs on cars under 10,000 dollars. He said I could take the car to a local mechanic if I wanted too at my expense. I wouldn't drive that car 10 feet with that tire. He told me I could buy tires from them if I wanted. Heck I'm buying a car from his lot and I have to do repairs and spend more money to get it off his lot? Yeah, Right. How STUPID does GRAYSON think people are? I asked him if he would put his family in that car but received NO answer. Grayson needs to rename their bargain lot BUY & DRIVE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Better yet HAVE YOUR MEDICAL INSURANCE PAID UP IF YOU BUY HERE. Another one would be BUY FROM THIS LOT AND YOUR LIFE IS IN YOUR OWN HANDS. You could buy a car from a junk yard CHEAPER and in safer condition then from GRAYSON. Another name for Grayson Hyundai is BUYER BEWARE. Your SAFTEY is NO concern of ours, ALL WE WANT IS YOUR MONEY. I see I'm not the FIRST one with complaints about GRAYSON. I've found better dealers then this YAHOO. Stay Away from GRAYSON. I would give them NO stars but the revenue won't let you. More
