I very well new what car I was interested in and the price I wanted to pay before I entered the dealership. After meeting Marty Widener we sat down and I told him what I wanted including the options and accessories that were required. In addition, I told him what I was willing to pay excluding incentives, sales tax and title and tags transfer. The figure's I gave him was approved my the new car manager, the car was located and I was in my possessions 3 days later. Damaged My Vehicle Took my new 2017 Santa Fe in for its FIRST oil change - they left a gouge in the rear bumper and then refused to fix it. The service manager (who wasn't there when the vehicle was serviced) claimed there was nothing that could have caused the damage. I performed walk around before and after and pointed out the damage immediately to the service personnel at the time. He stated that I would have to contact the service manager the following week. It is sad that you can't trust a dealer. I would avoid this service department at all costs - very cold and non-caring when it comes to new vehicles. More
