Happy with my car I have had 2 genesises, went to buy another genesis, but looked at the sonata, main concern was i have 2 elderly parents, both using rolators, would t I have had 2 genesises, went to buy another genesis, but looked at the sonata, main concern was i have 2 elderly parents, both using rolators, would they fit in trunk? Poor customer experience, The used car sales manager and salesman at Grayson Hyundai Suburu in Knoxville, Tennessee are not only difficult to negotiate with, they are downright The used car sales manager and salesman at Grayson Hyundai Suburu in Knoxville, Tennessee are not only difficult to negotiate with, they are downright belittling and insulting. Maybe because I'm a woman -- men may have a different experience -- but I left there feeling disrespected and of no value to them as a customer. As if they would prefer I do not come back -- at all, Ever. What car dealership does that? At one negotiation session, the manager actually told me (when I said I had found a similar car for less in a neighboring city) "good luck with that"! I will never go near Grayson Hyundai Suburu again and I am advising all my friends to steer away also, especially my female friends. They will insult you if you make an offer on a car; they refuse to drop the doc fee, under any circumstance (they should pay their own people to do that paperwork, not charge the customer for it) and they are downright rude, impolite, cold, and have absolutely no people skills. There are plenty of other places that are willing to sell you a car and want you as a customer. DON'T EVEN TRY TO GET A GOOD DEAL AT GRAYSON HYUNDAI SUBURU!!!! More
