IT WAS! They were very helpful and all was as descrobed and agreed. Actual lead in and out of dealership in record time. Very happy with staff and Finance guy.. Only reason for not giving a 5 star is because my tire pressure indicator light came on 30 miles after I left the dealer and appears they either didn't check, or didn't pay attention to, the proper tire pressure. All 4 tires were way off... anyway aside from that was easy Deal and I would definitely call them again when I have a need. This information could have been useful in the negotiation of the car price. I was only offered $100 by the internet sales manager which does not cover the cost. I attempted to contact the General Manager to see if this can be corrected, but no Vmail or calls were returned. More

I was offered refreshments and an immediate test drive. Afterwards I was met and we talked about the car. I wanted to look at another and was given the keys for another test drive. I picked the vehicle-the negotiating was typical-but friendly, back and forth to "the decision makers?" We arrived at a price and that was that. I was going to arrange my own financing but Grayson BMW offered more competitive BMW financing rates. Done deal! I was going to pay a large downpayment-the finance manager suggested I could invest the downpayment amount (my own choice of options) and most likely earn more interest/return $ than I would save by paying down my low interest loan. Great suggestion. I'm glad I made the drive-then the Product Expert (BMW Genius), Forrest Jones, offered to go over the major features. He scheduled a follow-up a few weeks later to go over questions (second delivery.) Excellent service! Great buying experience. More
