The way buying a car should be. I was initially trying to buy a BMW 528 from CarMax. I had even paid the fee to have it shipped to Knoxville. Once at the dealership they wouldn't l I was initially trying to buy a BMW 528 from CarMax. I had even paid the fee to have it shipped to Knoxville. Once at the dealership they wouldn't let me purchase or test drive it due to the fact that it didn't arrive with the second key. I found this policy confusing thus bringing me to Grayson. What a difference! I felt valued and respected the moment I stepped out of my car at Grayson. I had contacted Jeremy Harvey and to my delight someone was right there waiting for me when I arrived. Mike Sonju assisted me in not only browsing the lot but was there to let me test drive a vehicle when I was ready. Here is what sets Grayson BMW apart from every dealership I have ever encountered.
