The car that we ended up purchasing was one that was listed online, I contacted Andrea for pictures of the car via email and she immediately responded back to me. When I arrived at the dealership to test the car, they had it ready for me, with it started and the a/c running, since it was hot that day. I thought that was a nice touch. She was great at negotiating with us on the price and getting it down to where we felt comfortable. From that point, we had some problems with our bank. Andrea was so patient with us and would always reassure me that everything was okay and that I shouldn't stress. We finally got everything set up to buy the car. When I went to pick up our car, it was a very smooth transaction. Andrea was absolutely great! She made our experience of buying our car an awesome one. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a very wonderful lady! More
Save me the aggrevation, just google their name and read all the other reviews on all other sites. Across the borad they are the worse BMW delaer in various review sites for a good reason. Buyer beware, especially with the ever so arraogant and SLEEZY sales department. Unpleasant would be an understatment! They will respond fast when you want a car, but the second they got paid, they vanish like thin air. I ask Andrea DiMarco a simple question any buyer would after the dea and got one reply after 4 tries in 4 days and it made no sense. I called the office myself and got the answer in 20 seconds. call the manager Steve graham to let him know what sales unprofessional he has, never got a reply ! Attitude is from top down and He sure lead his pack of minions with a good example! Oh, the car, so far $5000 to bring it to a decent condition, defects were hidden and lie about. Looks like court time ! More

Their salesman, Jim Savas has been assisting me in my search and l car dealerships in our area. I must say that Grayson BMW is one of my favorites! Their salesman, Jim Savas has been assisting me in my search and lets me know when they recieve a vehicle that fits my search criteria to see if I am interested. Jim has always been friendly, courteous and helpful to me and my husband. One day, I called him on his day off and I was amazed that he still took the time to make arrangements for me to take one of their used BMW's for a test drive. I would definitely recommend Jim and Grayson BMW to my friends. They are top-notch! More

When I found the vehicle that I wanted online, I contacted Grayson BMW's internet staff. I had an immediate response from Andrea. I had a set appointment time, and upon my arrival the vehicle that I was test driving was waiting for me (started and "cooled down" as it was a very warm summer day). The entire transaction was seamless, and I was extremely pleased with ease of negotiation/pricing on my new BMW. I was pleased with the allowance for my trade. The entire transaction, including test drive, was a total of 3 hours, and I was able to begin my drive back to the Johnson City. They were very respectful of my time. Ed Matz did the delivery of my vehicle. He went over the features of the vehicle and helped me set the personal settings of the vehicle that were the most important to me. He followed up after the sale, twice, to ensure that all of my needs were met. He is a wonderful salesman, as is Andrea Demarco. They are a great team! Way to go guys! Thanks for the great service! I've been to Grayson twice and won't be returning. Both times I was treated quite nicely but found the detail of service to be embarrassingly bad. The first service was to have a window regulator replaced times I was treated quite nicely but found the detail of service to be embarrassingly bad. The first service was to have a window regulator replaced - they did the work but couldn't be bothered to reset an airbag sensor light which was triggered by the work. I was informed that the "clip was bad" for the airbag. This repair would take all of two minutes and I was surprised that they couldn't be bothered, just as a courtesy, especially when you consider that the "shop fee" they tack on to every bill is precisely for these sorts of instances. The second service was for a break-in. They replaced my smashed window but left glass all over the interior and, worst of all, inside the door where it now rattles quite noticeably. They couldn't be bothered to vacuum it out? They also failed to re-tint the window; instead suggesting I could get it done cheaply elsewhere. This was an insurance claim - I wanted my car back in original condition and instead, after a month, was told to do the rest myself. There were also new scratches in my paint. Good service is in detail, and I would rather give my money to people who will appreciate it and not treat me like an ATM - someone to do the bare minimum for and get their check. More

Arrogance sales staff. Walked in to buy a car got looked at but completely ignored by the sales staff because I was dressed casually and they probably didn't think I had the money to buy. I did.
