I got a prompt and courteous response from Andrea DeMarco answering all the questions i had. Andrea stayed in contact with me through e-mails and phone conversations. Andrea worked with me throughout the negotiation/pricing process to get a good trade allowance as well as a fair price on the certified vehicle. She is knowledgeable, professional and personable. I'd highly recommend Andrea as she goes the extra mile to ensure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. More

The rest of the process was handled via telephone and emails. Negotation of a purchase price was very smooth with no surprises at the time of finalizing paperwrok and making payment. I began and completed the deal for my 2013 MINI Cooper Hardtop via text with Andrea DeMarco. Andrea was jovial, honest and thorough. This being my fourth MINI I asked Andrea in advance that the delivery take no more than thirty minutes. Three days later I arrived at the dealership to take delivery of my new car. It was gleaming clean inside and out as promised and I was on the road and motoring in less than half an hour! I absolutely recommend the Grayson Auto Group and their shining star Andrea DeMarco to anyone seeking a most rewarding car buying experience. More
A Superior Purchase Experience with Grayson I made the decision this year to trade in my 2009 Mini Cooper for a 328i BMW. No complaints about the Mini Cooper, but I needed a car with a back sea I made the decision this year to trade in my 2009 Mini Cooper for a 328i BMW. No complaints about the Mini Cooper, but I needed a car with a back seat, and I wanted a more comfortable ride. I researched the various options and styles on the main BMW website and sent a request to Grayson for an estimate. I was contacted within 24 hours by Andrea DeMarco who is their Internet contact. She quoted me a price and trade-in allowance for my Mini. I checked that price against the Blue Book price and it was spot-on. That allowance showed me that Grayson was serious and not in any way taking advantage of me. Andrea and I made an appointment, and she showed me several 2014 328i models so I could gauge colors and interior trim in real life rather than by a small picture on a website. We went back to her office and I made a number of changes to my original specifications based on my examination of cars on the lot. We wrote up a new set of specifications, and I placed an order for the car to be built and shipped to Grayson. Andrea was the consummate professional. She handled all the paperwork, asked pertinent questions, anticipated my needs, and was truly a vital part of my purchase. She was also enthusiastic and clearly a strong BMW fan. Had I not met with her I would have not made the best automobile purchase I have ever made to date. After I submitted the order Andrea contacted me regularly with updates on the progress of the production, and she always inquired if I had any questions. When the car arrived she took me through a demonstration of it's features and as always asked if I had any questions. Having owned "Beemers" in the past I was familiar with the basic elements of the car, but I did contact Andrea a few times with questions on subtleties of the car. She was always able to answer my questions and was always pleasant and concerned for my customer satisfaction. I'm not a person to gush about my buying experience in a web review, but I have to say that Grayson--and in particular Andrea--was superior in every way. I don't know how my experience could have been any better. I have to give this experience two thumbs up and five stars. More

I left the dealership happier than I expected. I highly recommend Grayson BMW, but even more so I recommend doing business with Jim. More
I've had the most pleasant experience in buying/leasing a car that I've ever had. Grayson BMW and particularly Andrea DeMarco are the reason. Andrea and I had emailed in the past, about used X3’s, and discussed the Mini Countryman. I first met Andrea to test drive a used Countryman and was struck by how non-salesy she was. There was no pressure, no prying, it was a welcome surprise, and I wrote her an email afterward letting her know. Last week when I approached Andrea about leasing a new 2014 X3, again I was treated professionally, and without pressure. She helped determine which vehicle had the options I wanted, colors, etc. and worked with me on numbers crunching to stay within my budget. Later that day I signed papers on a Black 28i X3 with most everything I wanted, but only later at home discovered it didn't have a back-up camera. I’d compromised on the black exterior because I was getting such an amazing lease. When I mentioned the back-up camera to Andrea the next morning, she immediately started researching what was available on the lot and what was due to be delivered, all while keeping my budget in mind. She would not be content until I was in something I really wanted. I just couldn't believe it was possible for me to switch vehicles after I'd signed papers. PLUS, Andrea did all this swapping stuff, and helping, and dealing with me being picky, on her DAY OFF. Very impressive indeed. Resigning papers was a snap, the car was detailed, it was a perfect day. I'm currently in a White 35i X3 and am ecstatic. I'm paying a wee bit over my monthly budgeted amount, but its SO worth it because its exactly the vehicle for me -- the bigger engine, thicker sport steering wheel, lighter color, bigger wheels, plus all the other stuff I had in the first one. So yes, I have every reason in the world to select the "Great" buttons in my survey above. I've always been a BMW fan. And now I'm a Grayson BMW fan. A truly loyal customer. Thanks Andrea! :-) More
My experience was top notch. I was a rather difficult customer but Jim worked diligently to fill my requests and I left there a very happy camper. Just starting a new job made it difficult to also dedicate time to searching for a car, but he made it happen. He was attentive to everything that I asked for in purchasing my car and made the whole process easy. He continued to follow-up with me via e-mail and phone, and made sure after purchasing that I was pleased with everything.
