After purchasing a car in April, a 535I 2008, our sales girl did all the financing, the finance manager was unavailable. She forgot to get our downpayment, I had to remind her, I had to get the first fill girl did all the financing, the finance manager was unavailable. The car was hail damaged and it took 3 months to get back because they lied and lied about the status. They had to eat a rental twice for dropping the ball. One of the Grayson's son was very unprofessional and rude. Since the sales lady did our financing she did not mention explain the warranties or road hazards that were available and the length of each, so now they act like SOL> for us. I would never ever buy another car from Grayson ever More

Bought a used car and was not told about several defects with the car. Brought it in to get it fixed and the problem was not fixed. After finding more and more issues with the car they tried to trade this with the car. Brought it in to get it fixed and the problem was not fixed. After finding more and more issues with the car they tried to trade this car back in for $6000 less than I paid for it mere weeks prior to this. They are crooks and only concerned with profit. They tell you that they are doing everything to help and talk a good customer service game but not one person in this organization is prepared, willing, or able to actually back it up. One review on here mentioned I would not buy a car from them again if they were the last dealership on earth. I concur. I would rather walk. More

She and her assistant Ed, agreed to meet with us for a test drive, seeing that we diddn't have time to come all the way to Knoxville. Ed met us at White Pine, TN., with the car. What a great company. Andrea worked to agree on a price, which was great too. On Tuesday, Aug. 30, Andrea met us with the car at White Pine. The car that we ended up purchasing was one that was listed online, I contacted Andrea for pictures of the car via email and she immediately responded back to me. When I arrived at the dealership to test the car, they had it ready for me, with it started and the a/c running, since it was hot that day. I thought that was a nice touch. She was great at negotiating with us on the price and getting it down to where we felt comfortable. From that point, we had some problems with our bank. Andrea was so patient with us and would always reassure me that everything was okay and that I shouldn't stress. We finally got everything set up to buy the car. When I went to pick up our car, it was a very smooth transaction. Andrea was absolutely great! She made our experience of buying our car an awesome one. I would recommend her to anyone. They will respond fast when you want a car, but the second they got paid, they vanish like thin air. I ask Andrea DiMarco a simple question any buyer would after the dea and got one reply after 4 tries in 4 days and it made no sense. I called the office myself and got the answer in 20 seconds. call the manager Steve graham to let him know what sales unprofessional he has, never got a reply ! Attitude is from top down and He sure lead his pack of minions with a good example! Oh, the car, so far $5000 to bring it to a decent condition, defects were hidden and lie about. Looks like court time ! More

When I found the vehicle that I wanted online, I contacted Grayson BMW's internet staff. I had an immediate response from Andrea. I had a set appointment time, and upon my arrival the vehicle that I was test driving was waiting for me (started and "cooled down" as it was a very warm summer day). The entire transaction was seamless, and I was extremely pleased with ease of negotiation/pricing on my new BMW. I was pleased with the allowance for my trade. The entire transaction, including test drive, was a total of 3 hours, and I was able to begin my drive back to the Johnson City. They were very respectful of my time. Ed Matz did the delivery of my vehicle. He went over the features of the vehicle and helped me set the personal settings of the vehicle that were the most important to me. He followed up after the sale, twice, to ensure that all of my needs were met. He is a wonderful salesman, as is Andrea Demarco. They are a great team! Way to go guys! Thanks for the great service!
