I've had the most pleasant experience in buying/leasing a car that I've ever had. Grayson BMW and particularly Andrea DeMarco are the reason. Andrea and I had emailed in the past, about used X3’s, and discussed the Mini Countryman. I first met Andrea to test drive a used Countryman and was struck by how non-salesy she was. There was no pressure, no prying, it was a welcome surprise, and I wrote her an email afterward letting her know. Last week when I approached Andrea about leasing a new 2014 X3, again I was treated professionally, and without pressure. She helped determine which vehicle had the options I wanted, colors, etc. and worked with me on numbers crunching to stay within my budget. Later that day I signed papers on a Black 28i X3 with most everything I wanted, but only later at home discovered it didn't have a back-up camera. I’d compromised on the black exterior because I was getting such an amazing lease. When I mentioned the back-up camera to Andrea the next morning, she immediately started researching what was available on the lot and what was due to be delivered, all while keeping my budget in mind. She would not be content until I was in something I really wanted. I just couldn't believe it was possible for me to switch vehicles after I'd signed papers. PLUS, Andrea did all this swapping stuff, and helping, and dealing with me being picky, on her DAY OFF. Very impressive indeed. Resigning papers was a snap, the car was detailed, it was a perfect day. I'm currently in a White 35i X3 and am ecstatic. I'm paying a wee bit over my monthly budgeted amount, but its SO worth it because its exactly the vehicle for me -- the bigger engine, thicker sport steering wheel, lighter color, bigger wheels, plus all the other stuff I had in the first one. So yes, I have every reason in the world to select the "Great" buttons in my survey above. I've always been a BMW fan. And now I'm a Grayson BMW fan. A truly loyal customer. Thanks Andrea! :-) More
My experience was top notch. I was a rather difficult customer but Jim worked diligently to fill my requests and I left there a very happy camper. The sales associate I worked with at Grayson was Jim Savas, and I could not have better things to say about him and my buying experience. This was my first purchase buying my own car, and I am thrilled Savas, and I could not have better things to say about him and my buying experience. This was my first purchase buying my own car, and I am thrilled to say that Jim found me a car with everything I asked for and then sold me it without me ever having to step foot on the lot. Just starting a new job made it difficult to also dedicate time to searching for a car, but he made it happen. He was attentive to everything that I asked for in purchasing my car and made the whole process easy. He continued to follow-up with me via e-mail and phone, and made sure after purchasing that I was pleased with everything. I would recommend Grayson, especially Jim Savas, to ANYONE looking to purchase a car. I am happy to say that I will return to Jim for all of my car purchases in the near future. I traded my Mustang in for a Mercury Mountaineer after seeing the Mountaineer online. From beginning to end it was a fabulous experience. I call Grayson BMW and spoke with Todd the sales person, nice young man , and knowledgeable of BMWs. I worked with Todd and there finance person for financing and everything went smoothly. I set up a delivery date for the x5 and flew to Knoxville TN for pick up,mind You I did not see the car in person but I read a few review about Grayson BMW and they where all good. Well I must admit,I am now a Grayson BMW fan too, the x5 4.8is was PERFECT, the interior, the exterior , wheels where all perfect, I could not believe my eyes.This BMW x5 4.8is is a rare x5,the engine is incredible . My test drive was from TN to NY[980 miles] the car handle and drove perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend Grayson BMW, they are trustworthy and honest dealer and I have a trustworthy and honest Bmw x5 .I absolutely love my x5. she is a really head turner. Don Read NY. More

From the very beginning, she demonstrated her flexibility and willingness to help by adjusting her schedule to meet with me. It can be a little intimidating going into a luxury dealership for the first time looking for a new car, but Andrea made me feel welcomed from the moment she introduced herself. I let her know ahead of time which exact car I was interested in, and when I got there it was already pulled up for me. She gave a thorough, informative overview of all of the car's neat features and creature comforts before my test drive. During the week-long process, our primary method of contact was via email. She always replied promptly and never came off as annoyed or bothered when I would send multiple emails asking questions. On the day of purchase, not once did she ever come off as pushy nor did I feel like I was in a boiler room when we were discussing price, like I did at other competing dealerships. From initial inquiry to purchase, the deal went along at my pace and I was able to take my time to make an informed decision. I felt very welcomed into the BMW family by her and the finance manager and I look forward to more business with them in the future. I will definitely be referring my friends and family her way. After buying my car from her, I can see how she has earned her illustrious reputation. More
the worst car buying experience of my life! I was tricked then lied to into buying a car, after I bought the car nothing was done that was promised. Now I'm stuck with a $30,000 car that after over three trips to the garage still doesn't run properly! I do not recommend Grayson BMW of Knoxville, they will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract! I have file complaints with BMWs corporate office and called Grayson BMW numerous times and still have not got a reply. More
