We had done our research, and knew when we walked in what vehicle we would be driving home with. We soon found out there were numerous issues with our purchase, None of which had been revealed to us, in fact, we were lied to when we had asked about any previous issues it may have had. Thankfully, we did purchased the extended warranty which was offered to us, as it was the first BMW we had bought, & there were 2 issues that were supposedly taken care of which were covered. No exaggeration, we took our car back in for THE SAME PROBLEM a minimum of 6 times, only to be told each time, they could "not get it to duplicate the same problem" while they had it in their shop. several times, it would be on my way home from finally picking it up, that it would duplicate it for me. Somehow, the service department always found time to look for a potential problem which they COULD FIX, that they could charge us for that would NOT be covered under the extended warranty. They always tried to charge us for additional "problems", to which we caught on to very quickly. When your vehicle is in the shop almost as much time as you actually have it in your possession, it's time to do something different. On one occasion, the car was in the shop for over 5 week!! Most times it averaged 3 -4 weeks. We recently took it in again for a NEW, quite serious issue, and again we were told they "couldn't get it to duplicate" it, but they of course started to look for other issues, when they called my husband to inform him of the "other issues" they had the nerve to tell him it would be better to trade it in for a new one. this is the second time they had tried to tell us to trade it in, as "that would be our better option". However they only wanted to offer us about half of the blue book value for it. The quality of work was some of the worst we have seen. For a BMW dealership, you expect, and should receive Top Notch! Not the case at this location. If you walk in dressed like a normal everyday person, like we are, you do not receive immediate attention! ( The last straw was when we made an unexpected visit to check on our car, we found the Service department had removed our glove box to get to the fuses or something, and they had literally dumped our contents of our glove box all over the floor. That infuriated my husband so much, we went and traded that vehicle in at another dealership! We love the german engineering, and comfort, but this experience cured us, we will never deal with BMW of Knoxville again. The One good thing I can say is on all but one occasion, they provided me with a Brand new loaner car for the duration. More

Drove 3 hours to Grayson BMW and Larry was waiting with keys in hand for test drive! Bought it ! They made us feel right at home and Larry was so helpful and knowledgeable, he made this sale a easy one! More

I went to Grayson BMW to buy a used car that they told me was in "perfect condition" and was "immaculate" and I was so excited to bring it home after driving 3 hours to Knoxville TN and then another 3 hours back... well, I was very excited for the first 3 days until I found out that I just spent a fortune to buy a LEMON from Grayson BMW. These people will do anything to sell you a lemon. In fact they will do anything to sell you a lemon, a orange, their first born if they could and then after they have your money they can care less about you. I am now having to spend another fortune 3 days after I bought my car to have it fixed by another dealership and Grayson BMW will not take any responsibility for this and have told me that it was my fault for buying a used car and that this will happen when you buy most used cars and then pretty much laughed in my face as to say "Hey buddy, you just been bamboozled by us now get over it". These people are deceitful and liars!!! More
The benchmark of great service I recently purchased a pre-owned Land Rover LR4 from Grayson BMW that I found via Cars.com. The vehicle I was looking for was very specific (color, options) and it just so happened they had ?the one? I was in search for, yet I was in Austin, TX. I worked with Andrea DeMarco from start to finish on this purchase. She was helpful throughout the process and was able to get all of the information needed on options, recent maintenance history, and condition, even though they are not a Land Rover dealer. Further, she helped coordinate a PPI from a 3rd party to inspect the vehicle for me. This was something I initiated as I wanted an independent party to look the car over since I would not be seeing it before purchase. The entire transaction was smooth and painless; she overnighted the paperwork to me with detailed instructions and had the contract executed the day she received my paperwork and check. Lastly, and most importantly, was the patience Andrea and Grayson BMW showed when the transporter I hired from UShip flaked out. I got the run-around for almost 10 days until I finally pulled the plug and found a better transporter. Low and behold, the car sat there for over two weeks before being picked up. They never complained or threatened to charge storage fees. Ultimately, the communication was excellent, the price was very fair, and the overall experience was top notch. More

We went over my needs and I disclosed what the offer was in Chattanooga including the amount they agreed to give me for my car. The Sales Manager Taylor assured me they could do a better deal and made me an offer. I drove to Knoxville in the rain excited to get my new car. When I arrived and we started to get to work on this I mentioned my payoff. He said that he didn't know anything about the payoff and couldn't do the deal. Did not show any sympathy whatsoever...offer me a tank of gas (which i did not accept) and sent me home in a horrible thunderstorm extremely upset. When we had the conversation on the phone and I told him what they were going to give me for my car...he should have at that time asked if I owed anything on it. I was getting a thousand more than I owed so I was not upside down on the trade. I CANNOT believe that BMW would allow for people like this to work for them and damage not only the brand but name of the dealership as well. On the drive home the Chattanooga dealership called and said they could do the deal and would be getting the car from Grayson in Knoxville. They confirmed this and sent 2 drivers up only to be turned down and were told the car was no longer there and that there was some confusion on the VIN#. I can assure you I will spread the word to my friends and sphere of influence. This was a horrible experience and I plan to go on every social media site available and blast this dealership. I will also contact the owner. This is beyond anything I have ever encountered...especially from a brand name like BMW. More

Andrea worked with me throughout the negotiation/pricing process to get a good trade allowance as well as a fair price on the certified vehicle. She is knowledgeable, professional and personable. I'd highly recommend Andrea as she goes the extra mile to ensure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. More

The rest of the process was handled via telephone and emails. Negotation of a purchase price was very smooth with no surprises at the time of finalizing paperwrok and making payment. I began and completed the deal for my 2013 MINI Cooper Hardtop via text with Andrea DeMarco. Andrea was jovial, honest and thorough. This being my fourth MINI I asked Andrea in advance that the delivery take no more than thirty minutes. Three days later I arrived at the dealership to take delivery of my new car. It was gleaming clean inside and out as promised and I was on the road and motoring in less than half an hour! I absolutely recommend the Grayson Auto Group and their shining star Andrea DeMarco to anyone seeking a most rewarding car buying experience. More
A Superior Purchase Experience with Grayson I made the decision this year to trade in my 2009 Mini Cooper for a 328i BMW. No complaints about the Mini Cooper, but I needed a car with a back sea I made the decision this year to trade in my 2009 Mini Cooper for a 328i BMW. No complaints about the Mini Cooper, but I needed a car with a back seat, and I wanted a more comfortable ride. I researched the various options and styles on the main BMW website and sent a request to Grayson for an estimate. I was contacted within 24 hours by Andrea DeMarco who is their Internet contact. She quoted me a price and trade-in allowance for my Mini. I checked that price against the Blue Book price and it was spot-on. That allowance showed me that Grayson was serious and not in any way taking advantage of me. Andrea and I made an appointment, and she showed me several 2014 328i models so I could gauge colors and interior trim in real life rather than by a small picture on a website. We went back to her office and I made a number of changes to my original specifications based on my examination of cars on the lot. We wrote up a new set of specifications, and I placed an order for the car to be built and shipped to Grayson. Andrea was the consummate professional. She handled all the paperwork, asked pertinent questions, anticipated my needs, and was truly a vital part of my purchase. She was also enthusiastic and clearly a strong BMW fan. Had I not met with her I would have not made the best automobile purchase I have ever made to date. After I submitted the order Andrea contacted me regularly with updates on the progress of the production, and she always inquired if I had any questions. When the car arrived she took me through a demonstration of it's features and as always asked if I had any questions. Having owned "Beemers" in the past I was familiar with the basic elements of the car, but I did contact Andrea a few times with questions on subtleties of the car. She was always able to answer my questions and was always pleasant and concerned for my customer satisfaction. I'm not a person to gush about my buying experience in a web review, but I have to say that Grayson--and in particular Andrea--was superior in every way. I don't know how my experience could have been any better. I have to give this experience two thumbs up and five stars. More
