The way buying a car should be. I was initially trying to buy a BMW 528 from CarMax. I had even paid the fee to have it shipped to Knoxville. Once at the dealership they wouldn't l I was initially trying to buy a BMW 528 from CarMax. I had even paid the fee to have it shipped to Knoxville. Once at the dealership they wouldn't let me purchase or test drive it due to the fact that it didn't arrive with the second key. I found this policy confusing thus bringing me to Grayson. What a difference! I felt valued and respected the moment I stepped out of my car at Grayson. I had contacted Jeremy Harvey and to my delight someone was right there waiting for me when I arrived. Mike Sonju assisted me in not only browsing the lot but was there to let me test drive a vehicle when I was ready. Here is what sets Grayson BMW apart from every dealership I have ever encountered. Mike S. made me feel at home during my entire experience. I literally had to do nothing but relax (how often can you say that buying a car?) for the entire experience. I bought a BMW 528 and found a dealership for life. Grayson BMW (especially MikeS and JeremyH) has set the bar so high that I don't believe its possible for another dealership to reach and certainly surpass. Horrible customer service! We leased a 5 series BMW in the past and now we lease an X4. I've been dealing with this dealership for the last 4 years. In general, I have experienced the worst customer service ever. Especially the service department is a nightmare...I had so much issues with the X4 and they were not able to address efficiently any of these issues. They kept the car in the garage and eventually did absolutely nothing. The staff are in general rude and don't have the ability to LISTEN to the issues that you have with your car. We start thinking to consider that it might be worthwhile to drive all the way to Chattanooga for service rather than dealing with Grayson. It's very disappointing that BMW is represented by this dealership... More
