service department I was given extremly high prices for everything. Then after spending over $200 just for an estimate. I was lied to about what was wrong with my car. and the service man whose name is Will was very high. everything he wanted to do was over $500 for each service. just to turn a little light off which includes replacing a sensor on the back wheel. he wanted to charge me $560 plus tax. the prices he gave me was pathetic. I will never use this dealership again ever. and as soon as i can i will sell this car and buy a different brand. this is horrible. More

So I called up Jeremy and he had enlisted much help from Emma Shelton, told them what I wanted/needed, and they made it happen! IT WAS! They were very helpful and all was as descrobed and agreed. Actual lead in and out of dealership in record time. Very happy with staff and Finance guy.. Only reason for not giving a 5 star is because my tire pressure indicator light came on 30 miles after I left the dealer and appears they either didn't check, or didn't pay attention to, the proper tire pressure. All 4 tires were way off... anyway aside from that was easy Deal and I would definitely call them again when I have a need. Allen Sizemore (salesman) was very nice and had everything set up to go just as agreed. More

This information could have been useful in the negotiation of the car price. I was only offered $100 by the internet sales manager which does not cover the cost. I attempted to contact the General Manager to see if this can be corrected, but no Vmail or calls were returned. More
