Very lousy service team. Although the IVR instructs customers for leaving voicemail with the details and contact number, the service department at the dealership will never call you back. I was on v customers for leaving voicemail with the details and contact number, the service department at the dealership will never call you back. I was on vacation in Smokey Mountain, 1000 miles away from home when I had an issue with one of the tires on my brand new BMW. All the tires were covered under OEM warranty from manufacturer, BMW dealership did not honor the warranty. As a customer, I had to spend 1.5 days to resolve issue, that too finally through a local tire store. BMW customer care/call-center was sympathetic towards the situation, but they told me that they were helpless as the dealer is an independently run entity and they have decided not to help the customer in this case. Although the warranty claim process is simple as explained by the OEM tire manufacturer, Grayson BMW was not even ready to attend and check if they can follow the process. Only person who tried to help me while I spent three hours at the dealership was Matt, service advisor. He tried to be accommodating and even called a temporary rental car while the issue can be fixed. More

We would not recommend buying from this dealership. We recently purchased a used 2017 vehicle from them. They would not let us finance it through our out of state bank who assured us they could wire the recently purchased a used 2017 vehicle from them. They would not let us finance it through our out of state bank who assured us they could wire the money that day. Their document fees were $498 which our bank that we ended up refinancing with charges $99. They also sold us a theft deterrent for $249 which we were told by our bank that we don't need. Our car insurance covers theft. As they were going through paperwork we were led to believe that this was a necessary part of the paperwork. I wrote the manager a letter and we have not heard a thing. I tried to call. They put me through to the GM, but all I could do was leave a message. I've heard nothing from them. We like the vehicle we bought, but we got gouged for upwards of $1,000 that we would not have been duped by our own bank. They had the audacity to say that they knew we'd probably refinance with our bank in Indiana, but please wait 3 months because they get $250 if we wait 3 months. Ha, needless to say, we refinanced with our bank as soon as we got home. We deal honestly with people and we expect the same. We would not recommend anyone to this dealership. More
We drove about 4 hours to go pick up the car and asked questions over the phone about the vehicle and if it had been through UCI. We got there to pick up the used car and understand that it is a used veh questions over the phone about the vehicle and if it had been through UCI. We got there to pick up the used car and understand that it is a used vehicle and it is as is but starting on our long drive back home it started to shake and to me it just felt like the tires were out of balance and didn't think anything about it. We got back to KY and made an appointment with our mechanic at home to have him do a good lookover and that I feel like it may be the tires out of balance. He called us after getting the car into the shop and said not only was it rusted pretty bad underneath (which was not disclosed to us and wasn't really the issue at this time) but we were lucky we made it home due to the brakes being bad including caliber, line, etc. He said we could have been killed, caught on fire or even killed someone else. I know that as used vehicle it is as is but a safety issue like this should have definitely been addressed by the dealer. I called and notified the salesman of the issue and he said he would talk to service since they have new people working but didn't offer to compensate for the issue. We purchased the warranty but we were not even able to use that because they didn't have it activated so we fought for a few weeks trying to get it active in the chance we needed to use warranty which we tried to use again since. We then had to get in touch with them because our temp tags were getting ready to expire and we still had not received our paperwork to take to the courthouse to get our tags on the vehicle. They asked when they were up and told them 2 days from the day we called. We received the paperwork overnight which was great but it was not completed (the title didn't have both parties signatures) so our courthouse would not let us get the car in our name until it was addressed. It was another week or so and they said they had some kind of paper that should take care of it and it was a printout from the DMV of the state of the owners showing only one party needed to sign. I informed them that I didn't feel this would suffice and they would not allow us to use this but would call and see. They did follow up with us and stated that we were right and our courthouse would not take the paper and the title needed both names so we had to mail that back and get it fixed. Needless to say it took almost 2 months to get the car tags in our name. We had recently privately sold a vehicle and we even had enough sense and decentcy to have all safety issues addressed before selling and in our case it was a bad wheel bearing. They could not even take care of brakes that to me is an issue that should not only not have been missed but addressed. Very disappointed from day one and will not be using them in the future. More
We wandered into the dealership with a vague idea of what we were interested in ... and were directed to Maria Yanni. Maria immediately began searching for suitable vehicles and went above and beyond in ass we were interested in ... and were directed to Maria Yanni. Her open honesty and extensive knowledge are a rare find and we are delighted with how today turned out!! Brian Smith assisted us most ably in finding the best warranty plan... and we're leaving right now with the car of our dreams!! More

"Like buying brand new" Come find out the I was told the car I bought was Certified and I had nothing to worry about by the sales woman Maria Yenni. "Like buying brand new" Come find out they did not do the certification. $8,000 in repairs in the first 3 months of owning... The amount of complaints through Google, Better Business Bureau and also here on yelp will tell you to not buy from these dishonest people. I talked to the GM Frank Scialdone who cussed me out then hung up on me and then talked with just about every person with no luck... Brake system completely shot and unsafe, tires shot and windshield wipers shot equals a car very unsafe. I wish I did my research with these people before buying. More
