We bought a used M2 at Grayson BMW and it was an easy, smooth transaction from start to finish. We were in and out in a couple hours including the test drive. We had used cargurus to view and apply for a loan online. When we arrived at the dealership they had the car detailed and clean, ready for us to test drive. After we returned to the dealership we knew we wanted it and the process of getting the car was super easy. They went into detail about extra protection they could give and knew the answers to all our questions. I'll be going back whenever it's time to buy another new car! More

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Greyson BMW, and my experience was overwhelmingly negative. The car they sold me had existing damage that was not disclosed, and I feel completely deceived. When I brought this issue to their attention, the sales representative, Mike Sonju, was incredibly unprofessional. He blatantly lied to my face, insisting that there was no prior damage, and even went so far as to accuse me of lying. To make matters worse, he threatened to throw me out for no reason. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I will never buy a car from Greyson BMW again and strongly advise others to avoid this dealership at all costs. More
