Chris Brown was also very helpful and professional, in the financing department. Great experience overall! My only complaint (which does not reflect on Jacob personally but on the dealership as a whole) is that the detail department did a horrible job on the detailing to clean up my car! We actually are having to clean off the nastiness that was left on the outside and inside of the car. Also, only 3 tires were shined. Overall, that’s my only complaint and hopefully that will be addressed soon. More
