She assured us it would not disappoint, and she was right! After a 3+ hour drive from Kentucky, we saw what was in a beautiful red Prius in immaculate condition. The service department put it up on a lift to allow us to look under it, and told us to take our time. I have never been to a dealership that truly puts the customer first, until Grayson BMW. Maria, my only complaint is: I wish we were closer to you and the dealership, but it was worth every minute of the drive. Thank you to Maria, Emma, and all the other staff that made us feel welcome.
