I recently purchased a Used Vehicle from Grayson BMW. I spoke to Maria Y (My sales Person) to double if the oil was changed and the proper maintenance had been done. To which she confirmed. Only finding out after driving the vehicle not even 100 miles it never received proper maintenance. Once delivered here to Texas I got the vehicle inspected again and after changing the oil they found Metal Flakes within the engine.(Dying Engine) Also the Audi Certified bodyshop stated “The Oil has not been changed for quite some time. We found Metallic flakes found in oil. Oil also looks to be very overdue. O-rings that are glued to the filter have separated.” After hearing of these issues I reached out I reached out to Curtis Gallagher(Used car GM) only to be talked down on. Saying I was “making stuff up” and there no way the vehicle had any issues. Afterward telling me he would do nothing about the vehicle. Even though I’m well in my 30day vehicle return policy. I reached out to the person who sold me the Vehicle for help Maria Y only to be ignored. And no one is helping me. Pictures are attached below. This was my first BMW purchase and I can't say enough about my experience with Matt Cole. He could not have shown more patience, understanding and helpfulness than he did with me. Chris Brown was also very helpful and professional, in the financing department. Great experience overall! My only complaint (which does not reflect on Jacob personally but on the dealership as a whole) is that the detail department did a horrible job on the detailing to clean up my car! We actually are having to clean off the nastiness that was left on the outside and inside of the car. Also, only 3 tires were shined. Overall, that’s my only complaint and hopefully that will be addressed soon. More
