He had only one concern- that I get exactly what I wanted and nothing less! He was so kind, zero pressure to buy, and went above and beyond with all the little extras. They were honest and to the point with the deal which I appreciated. I hate hours of back and forth with negotiations. Chris in financing was awesome and so helpful too. Even the other sales reps like Clint who wasn’t getting anything from our deal was helpful and so kind. We will not buy from anywhere else in the future. This is also our first BMW. Our salesman was Tristin Weber who went way beyond the call of duty as you might expect from a BMW dealer. The main thing we noticed was the calm atmosphere of the dealership. They had no "vultures" standing around outside waiting to attack the first car that drove into the lot. I am retired military. Tristin noticed my ID card when I got out my driers license for him to copy. I doubt that any other dealer would have noticed that detail which allowed my a very good discount. I have purchased a few new vehicles in my 80 years and this was the most easily completed transaction that I have ever had More
