I was interested in a vehicle from Grayson BMW. As I live in another state, I spoke over the phone and worked with a salesman by the name of Frank Gardner. He was very pleasant and helpful during my entire time working with the dealership. He answered all of my questions, including taking additional photos of the car and sending them to me right away. He gave me a good initial quote for a percentage rate on the amount I was going to finance that was better than my local bank offered, and worked with the finance department to get me an even better rate at the end. He and the sales department not only matched an offer I had for a very similar vehicle from another dealership, but they beat it. Together with their price and financing, I made the decision to purchase the vehicle from them. Towards the end of the process, two out of three of their finance department staff were laid low and were unable to work; because of that, the finance department was unable to talk to me directly over the phone about all of the particulars of the contract, but as I have purchased vehicles before, that was not absolutely necessary -- I can read and understand the terms. Even so, when I did have a few questions about the contractual details before I signed on the dotted line, Frank was able to answer them, and made sure that I was sent the information I needed along with the contract for purchase. He responded to all my questions and concerns, and truly went above and beyond in ensuring my ability to get the vehicle I wanted.
