I recently purchased a used vehicle from Greyson BMW, and my experience was overwhelmingly negative. The car they sold me had existing damage that was not disclosed, and I feel completely deceived. When I brought this issue to their attention, the sales representative, Mike Sonju, was incredibly unprofessional. He blatantly lied to my face, insisting that there was no prior damage, and even went so far as to accuse me of lying. To make matters worse, he threatened to throw me out for no reason. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I will never buy a car from Greyson BMW again and strongly advise others to avoid this dealership at all costs. More

I was traveling from Atlanta to Lexington and experienced some car trouble just South of Knoxville. After a quick google search I made my way to Grayson BMW. Dylan meet me outside the service bay. I explained that I was traveling and the problem with my X5. Dylan and team took my car immediately, diagnosed the issue, made the necessary repair and had me back on the road within an hour.
