Dylan Harris was amazing! We are from Canada travelling to Florida and our car stopped on the i75 at the Tennessee welcome center. Luckily, Grayson BMW in Knoxville was open We are from Canada travelling to Florida and our car stopped on the i75 at the Tennessee welcome center. Luckily, Grayson BMW in Knoxville was open on Saturday and we were able to tow the car to them for an assessment and diagnosis which they did immediately. They needed to order a part for the engine that was going to about a week to get. Dylan was able to direct us to a car rental company nearby that has a discounted price for its customers and we were able to secure a vehicle for a reasonable price to take us to Florida while the car was being repaired. Dylan kept us informed on a regular basis and ensured that the vehicle was safe to drive. In fact, he drove the vehicle personally to ensure no issues before we returned to pickup the vehicle. He went beyond the call of duty and we greatly appreciated it. We were also impressed by his praising the service team who worked diligently to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive home to Canada. It has been 5 days of driving the car and no issues. We are forever indebted to Dylan and Grayson BMW. Thank you!!! I wish you were in Canada!! More
