I've used this service department for several years wit h excellent ervicee until this last visit. Tires have less than 10,000 miles and exhibiting normal wear. Service advisor. brought ht a cell phone video and stated both rear tire required replacement due to mis-aligned suspension n I refused further work as the video was of such poor quality as to be useless. soon spec ting the tires at home, it is obvious there is plenty of tread left and the wear pattern is not sufficient to warrant replacement. I'm still receiving reminders to replace the tires. When the tires do need replacement it won't be at your facility. More
