When the mechanic removed the balance weights on the left rear wheel so he could rebalance the new tire, he failed to remove the adhesive that held the weights to the rim. i wash the inside of the rims when i wash the car. i do not know who the mechanic was or if this was uncharacteristic or not. all i know is, in this case, it was a shoddy job. Small things first. The finance guy didn't provide me an updated copy of the financing agreement after I joined out some errors in the rate and other pertinent details. I was also given a temporary registration for a completely different vehicle/VIN. Both are being remedied after I called today. My big issue was the sales guy, who was arrogant, deceitful, and who did such a poor job that I ended up closing the deal with Mr. Clint Humphrey the sales manager. HE was excellent and I would work with him again. More
