I went to Grayson after I had a bad experience with another dealership. I was assigned to Josh, and he was amazing! He responded by request so promptly. He was never pushy. Matt has been great to work with since Will left. He gives timely appointments when I call and is upfront with cost estimates and quick to inform me of any additional problems the technician discover He gives timely appointments when I call and is upfront with cost estimates and quick to inform me of any additional problems the technician discovers. I was surprised that Grayson has a surcharge for using credit cards, especially BMW card. It is probably more psychological than financial but a concern nonetheless. Looking forward to more Hybrid vehicles from BMW in general and Grayson in particular. More
