We had a great experience. Bought our vehicle from out of state and the process was fast and efficient with excellent communication and follow-up. The only negative is we were told transporting our vehicle to us would cost around $1/mile and be there in just a day or two, but the cost was actually more than 3x that amount and would've taken close to a week to get our vehicle, so we ended up driving the 3 hours to Knoxville to pick it up ourselves. Had we known that up front, we would have driven up 3 days earlier. But that was just a minor inconvenience in the overall experience. Bottom line: we would buy from Grayson again. More

Great service department. Service managers are efficient, knowledgeable and very personable to deal with.
