Grayson BMW

Misdiagnosed my 2016 X5 Xdrive 35d. I was told that the High pressure fuel pump had failed. Imploded! Cost for complete repair is $21k. I took my car home, replace the HPFP and several I was told that the High pressure fuel pump had failed. Imploded! Cost for complete repair is $21k. I took my car home, replace the HPFP and several components of the fuel system. I took apart the HPFP that was supposedly fail, nothing wrong with it. Cleaned much of the fuel system found no contamination. What I did find wrong was the fuel pump control module had failed. Did not cost nearly the amount Grayson BMW quoted,$21k. In addition I was shown photos of a HPFP and fuel tank that wasn’t from my Bmw X5. And I can prove that the photos were from a different vehicle. I have owned 5 Bmws, I have never found any dealership service department so dishonest . I will be in touch with legal action against Grayson BMW. More
