My salesman David Biggerstaff was absolutely awesome to work with. He always answered any questions we had. He was very personable and I highly recommend working with him. This was first service visit for my X3, was told my tires needed replaced at 7600 miles! I spoke to manager and he did nothing to resolve this issue except leave BMW corporate phone number on my service rece needed replaced at 7600 miles! I usually trade every 3 years.. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership and this will be my last BMW. Very disappointed. I will tell everyone I know about this experience. More
