Our experience far exceeded expectations. We had experienced wheel damage while traveling from out of town on vacation. They were the only shop around that could replace our tire with a match We had experienced wheel damage while traveling from out of town on vacation. They were the only shop around that could replace our tire with a match for my BMW M850i. Fortunately they were able to slot us in to look at the tire and rim tbat was damaged from a pothole. Not only were they able to replace the tire, but we were lucky they had someone who could straighten our rim and get us back on our trip. All while we had lunch down the road that they were gracious enough to drop us off at and pick us up from. Wonderful service and they saved our vacation. More

The problem that I came to the service center about was not fixed and the technician could not explain why my issue with the A/C is happening. I paid for a new battery that did not fix the problem. I was charged $200 for the “A/C blowing hot” and $200 for “blower staying on” which to me are the same issue. Apparently because the issue could not be duplicated it felt like the tech was at a loss as to what to do. I was told I could bring it back if it happened again but it’s intermittent and it was not clear whether I would be charged another $200 for them to try to fix the issue. So for $900 I got a new battery and a quick video with the tech talking so fast that it is hard to understand what he is saying. I took the car to European Auto Garage and they found more issues that either the tech at BMW didn’t find or didn’t feel were necessary. Matthew was friendly and tried to help. I just feel like I paid a lot of money for nothing. More
