I have always had the best service when I take my car into Grayson BMW, whether it's for an issue or scheduled maintenance. These guys are the best, honestly, for service and safety maintenance. The techs always greet me as if they're truly happy to see me. The standard maintenance was excellent, as always, and in this visit they found an issue in one of my tires that I had wondered about. They recommended I buy 2 tires, and their detailed explanation made sense. Then my service advisor took my tire insurance extra, which I got when I bought the car, and, by the time he was through all the research, I basically got the first tire at no charge. And I was out of there in a timely manner. I truly trust this service department. More

While a BMW is a luxury car, Grayson’s also has a luxury service department. I appreciate their courtesy and friendly service.
