I will deal with the new car sales department but as far as the used no. There custumer service after the sale is horrible. We had not even driven the car 500 miles when we started having trouble. The warranty they sold us that we were told covered bumper to bumper didn't cover this part, and the 3 month or 3,000 mile warranty that was on the window sticker didn't apply since we bought the other warranty and they kept giving us the run around sending us to different people. We ended up at the New car sales floor and they helped us with the problem and also got us the second set of keys we were told they had and didn't. I will deal with the new car sales and plan on buying a new car in the next two years. The Chevy dealer and New Car Ford Sales went out of their way to help us, where the used car where we bought the car did nothing. More

Customer service was great from the start. Even though the Saleman (Casey) had a appointment with a customer coming. He was willing to do whatever it took to find the (used car) we was looking for.It wa the Saleman (Casey) had a appointment with a customer coming. He ask could he turn us over to another saleman(Richard). We had no problem with that, Because ever since we had been there we was treaded as if we owned the dealership. Everybody that worked in the hole place was friendly. We had been to other dealership the past week.None of them could get close to the Deal that we received from Gray-Daniels. And we was comparing apples to apples. In the futher, This dealership will be our first stop. Well pleased. Eldon More

To say I am extremely disappointed by my experience is an understatement. The salesman Anthony seemed to be ok but he handed my husband and I off to a Johnny that was less than helpful. He did not seem to wa understatement. The salesman Anthony seemed to be ok but he handed my husband and I off to a Johnny that was less than helpful. He did not seem to want to sell the used truck. Once we agreed on a price, my husband signed the paper work and I wrote a check. 1. They did not detail the truck at all. It was dirty. 2. They did not provide me with any paper work. The computers were down when the store opened at 8 am. I understand that things go down but my husband called back around noon and Johnny said he would call us back and he never did. 3. At 4:30 pm I went back to the Dealership and Johnny would not even come over from the other lot he talked to Anthony on the cell phone and still the paper work had not been done. I finally got the paper work on the truck late Saturday afternoon. The guy that processed the paper work was more helpful that the salesmen. I complained to the gentlemen at the counter and he seemed less than concerned. Service is all a Dealership has to offer and Gray-Daniels Ford fell very very short of providing basic service. More
