Mr. Williams was very helpful in the selection of my new Ford. My only complaint is the finance department. I have a credit rating over 800 and the best interest rate they could offer was 5%. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Durango from there used lot. Less than two weeks later the check engine light came on. I took the truck back to the dealership and was told to carry it to the Dodge dealership a Less than two weeks later the check engine light came on. I took the truck back to the dealership and was told to carry it to the Dodge dealership and that whatever needed to be done would be taken care of. The Dodge dealership inspected the vehicle and explained that the truck needed a complete engine rebuild due to bad cylinders. They ordered the parts; however, it took over a month for the parts to come in. Once the parts were in they explained that it would take up to 10 days for the repairs and to contact Grey Daniels for a loaner car. I contacted Grey Daniels and was told they would not assist me in the matter. They sold me a truck that they had to have known needed the engine work, and although the work would be completed under the powertrain warranty, they would not even assist me with transportation while the repairs were being done. Bought 2 vehicles at same time, a 2009 Ford 350 diesel truck and a 2012 Lincoln. Very first night started having problems with the truck. After several phone calls and ultimately having to speak with the manager, they reluctantly agreed to fix it at the same time acted as though they were doing us a favor. They said it was a routine maintenence problem even though we had only had the truck less than 24 hrs when it started having issues. We bought the truck in good faith assuming Gray Daniels had checked it but was mistaken. Seems they did not even check the hoses on it because it was also leaking coolant as well as the other problems. No trust in them now. We feel like they sold us a lemon and then tried to backpeddle out of fixing it. We bought the truck to pull a camper, now we are afraid to do that as it may put our family at risk. Should have listened to friends when they said the dealership had gone down in the last few years. They were right. Thinking possible legal action if it continues to have problems. More

I would definitely recommend this Dealership to anyone I know that is in the market. The salesman was excellent. Michael was very professional about everything. Donald's customer service was outstanding in helping me find the vehicle that I wanted. He found it and had it delivered to the dealership for me to pick up. John Ingram was great. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. He was very helpful, changed the interior, and made the car just what I was looking for.
