Horrible....Horrible.... When I say Horrible I mean Horrible customer service. I have been calling the past 2 days to try and get cancellation papers for the warranty on my truck. I have left countless Horrible customer service. I have been calling the past 2 days to try and get cancellation papers for the warranty on my truck. I have left countless voice mails. Not one person has called me back. I finally was able to get in touch today with a Ms.Diann in warranty.... says she going to send paper work via email. I give her my email, and almost an hour later I still haven’t received the paperwork, I even called back to verify that she had the correct email. But conveniently I was sent to her voice mail. So I left a voicemail leaving my email again. Just to make sure and I left my phone number to call back. Still not one person from Gray Daniels has called me. I have called every time. I will never deal with them again. I’m leaving all one stars because I’ve never been dealt this bad of customer service. More
Fixed something w/o authorization. Charged me for it. Didn't checked what I asked. Lied about what they did do. Told to take to a Chevy Dealership for service. Best advise. Poor customer service They will call and tell you they have you approved over the phone with a certain amount down just come in and sign papers. When you get there they have nothing done and everything they have told you is all false. Always ask for more down than what they told you on the phone and were not very friendly or helpful. I had got a brand new 2018 ecoboost mustang in November of 18 after the wreck I had with my 2017 mustang. In April 2019 it went down from bad gas I took it to dealership . In May it stop cranking up and started running hot so I made an appointment to have it there the following day . Got it there he said they will look and see what’s wrong with the next week ok cool . I get a call back the next week it’s this and that we will replace the motor under warranty . Ok cool . Weeks fly by . I still haven’t got a rental car to drive yet . So my dad went up there and next day they called for me to come get one . MONTHS fly by we about to start on it now we had a lot of cars in front of you . Ok cool . I’m patient as I can be . I called and said is my car gone be done before my birthday “yes it will be done way before your birthday” ok cool . MY BIRTHDAY IS SEPTEMBER 18 btw . Skip along time ITS OCTOBER 30, 2019 . I haven’t saw my car since May 24, 2019 . Everybody was nice and service department but this is totally unacceptable 5 months going on 6 I haven’t drove the car and still have to pay on it . More

Service is so backed it it’s a nightmare I have a 2017 brought new, I had appointment to drop car off 8 am 3-15-2019 heating and air fan making horrible noise, they did not open the doors bac I have a 2017 brought new, I had appointment to drop car off 8 am 3-15-2019 heating and air fan making horrible noise, they did not open the doors back up till 3-18-2019 430pm when he called . James in service says warranty won’t cover there is a dead animal in there. 649.00 just to open dash, so I get my car. And drive it a couple days. I finally thought to call ins. Comprehensive will cover. You would think they would’ve known this. I dropped car off 3-22-2019 ins gets me a rental, 3-27-2019 James says. Will be next week before they look at vehicle, ask if I have talked to ins because they were complaining about keeping me in a rental so long! Who knows of it will get fixed they can’t be that far behind, and the smell after sitting so long...10 shop days so far and they haven’t thought about touching my car, And I don’t know that after they let if sit in sun all those days that the smell will ever come out. ...senseless They do not care at all.. unhappy More
