Disappointing Experience I recently purchased a 2012 MINI Cooper Countryman S from Gravity Autos South. My experience was mixed, but in the end, I would not recommend this dealership to others. I originally contacted Gravity Autos of Sandy Springs about the possibility of having the car I was interested in, moved from Gravity Autos South to Gravity Autos of Sandy Springs. The sales person I dealt with there was named Luke Bialas. Luke was extremely helpful, and while he was unable to arrange to have the vehicle moved, Luke did make the arrangements for me to test drive the vehicle at Gravity Autos South the next morning. My sales person was named Shane Sam. When I arrived, the car was being washed. Once the car was ready, we took it for a test drive. After I test drove the car, I asked Shane for a copy of the CARFAX and the list of fees not included in the sales price. It was during this process that I learned that the vehicle price had been raised by $2,000 from the quoted price (the previous day) and the price advertised on the Autotrader website. A mistake had been made, but they agreed to honor the quoted price. I told Shane that I would need for my wife to see the car (as the loan was going to be in both of our names), and because she would need to be there to sign the purchase documents. While waiting for my wife to arrive, I contacted my insurance company to add the vehicle to my policy, and my bank to finalize my loan. It was during this time that I was interupted by Shane and another salesman, informing me that I needed to make a decision, as there was someone else interested in the car. I told Shane that I was still waiting on my wife to arrive, and once we had a chance to test drive it together, I would make my final decision. I even offered to allow him to charge $500 to my credit card as sign of good faith on my part. Shane said that he could not take a credit card payment, and reemphasized that he had another person interested in the vehicle and that he really needed a final decision. At this point, I went to the Sales Manager (Ricky), and raised my concerns. Specifically, that I had driven over 50 miles to inspect the vehicle, and that I had arrived shortly after the dealership opened. I also pointed out the fact that I was the first person there and that I was seriously looking to purchase the vehicle. With that being the case, I should be allowed to make my decision without being pressured by two of his salespeople. Ricky agreed, and I did not have any further contact with Shane from this point forward. It took a little over an hour and half for my wife to arrive, but once she we had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, it took less than an hour to finalize the purchase of the vehicle, as I already had a pre-approved auto loan with my bank...I just printed the check. I would also like to point out the fact that since purchasing the car, I have not been contacted by Shane Sam or anyone at Gravity Autos South to follow up on my purchase. However, Luke Bialas (Gravity Autos of Sandy Springs) contacted me to see how I was enjoying the car and to say Thank You for my business. More

Before our visit, I dealt with Shane over the phone and he helped make sure the specific vehicle we wanted would be available for us later in the week, and ensured that our financing was handled before we arrived. Our experience once we arrived to the dealership was smooth and quick, we were in and out with our new car in about 2.5 hours! I thought I had heard it all but this guy clearly has had the same lines for a few decades. It reminded me of my experience with another manager in finance "Mike" I unfortunately got to meet at another location! Here is the bottom line guys, if u want to be cheap then u found the right place! But if u are not rust friendly then just don't be cheap!! All these cars come from either Pensylvania or New Jersey! More

When I arrived he was already bringing the car to the front door right on time and I learned that he spent the day before my arrival familiarizing himself with that specific vehicle along with all of it's features -what the original costs were and how everything in the vehicle worked. Even though I've been looking at this particular make and model he knew more about the car than I did. He was more thorough than dealers have been in the past when familiarizing me with any car I previously had purchased. I did not end up purchasing the car because I really decided I needed all-wheel-drive but honestly I was disappointed because I would've rather done business with this dealer and specifically this salesman than anyone I have visited since. I will be keeping an eye on their website and should they have anything in inventory I'm interested and I wouldn't hesitate to return. More
Satisfied Customer I went to Gravity Auto just to look ahead of time because I was knew I was going to purchase a car within the next few months. Sales/Service I bought a 2013 Audi from this dealership. The headlight was cracked and water got into it which burned out the ballast. The dealership went above and beyond the call of duty and replaced the entire headlight saving me lots of money. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be back in the future. More
Awful I purchased a 2008 Mercedes CLK 350 in November 2015. The tire pressure monitors were missing from the vehicle and I didn't find out until after i pur I purchased a 2008 Mercedes CLK 350 in November 2015. The tire pressure monitors were missing from the vehicle and I didn't find out until after i purchased the car. I call the dealership to try and get some assistance having them installed and all they did was lie about helping. These people are a bunch of lires and very untrustworthy, they had to know the sensors were missing. If you purchase a vehicle you better make sure you have it checked thoroughly. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
