I was not provided a key fob that would work other than turn the ignition or lock the doors when the functions were available on the fob but we're not working had to go to a place and spend $150 to get a n turn the ignition or lock the doors when the functions were available on the fob but we're not working had to go to a place and spend $150 to get a new key fob. No Jack came with it. Had to get old Jack from my old vehicle that I traded in. Car came with no floor mats. Car was not very clean in the back they only vacuumed the front very sparingly and the car was not detailed so it was not very clean. Calvin was helpful but it was beyond his control. More

I had a great experience with Gravity Autos. While they have a huge lineup of used luxury vehicles, there was one specifically that I was in search of, the 2023 Audi A5. Stedman Was my sales rep While they have a huge lineup of used luxury vehicles, there was one specifically that I was in search of, the 2023 Audi A5. Stedman Was my sales rep. He was knowledgeable, courteous and not salsey. In fact, one of the things I liked so much about working with Gravity and Stedman is their personal approach that makes you feel like you are family instead of another sale. From the time I was greeted all the way through financing, I could not have a better experience. I love my car and will be back when I'm on the market for another. Thanks! More
