The Service person came right out to my car when I pulled inside for my service appointment. He was very polite and walked me to the waiting area. I had a great experience. I brought in both my key-fobs to be replaced. The key-fobs had been an issue for a couple of years. Everything was tried but nothing would work long- I brought in both my key-fobs to be replaced. The key-fobs had been an issue for a couple of years. Everything was tried but nothing would work long-term. Joshua Goodwin who was my service dept. representative went to bat for me by contacting Subaru advocate services. They decided to replace each key-fob for free. Each time I have needed service, the service representatives and the service department were extremely helpful. This made for an excellent customer experience. I highly recommend Granite Subaru based on how they treat their customers. More
