Took the long way to find bad fuse, which I tried to find out which fuse it “might” be and was told by tech, “we can’t really tell you”. No charge for fuse but tried to whack me $177 for “diagnostic”. More

We are certainly sorry to see you were so dissatisfied. Your review is a little confusing and we would love to know more. We are transparent and are always happy to share the information we have. Here are the technicians notes that were provided. "Verified customer concern and found the washer sprayer both front and rear did not work. Began by testing to see if there was voltage at the connector for the pump, found there to be no power, then tested the pump by supplying power to it and found that the pump was working. after this then back tracked to find that the pump is supplied power through the front relay control module, tested the outputs on the CM and found no power coming from the CM to the washer pump. Then the next step was to check the 7 fuses for the CM and when testing the fuses found that fuse #29 in the main fuse box was burned. Then installed a new fuse and verified proper operation of the washer fluid system at this time. It is possible that the washer fluid could have frozen and when attempting to spray the washer fluid it stressed the system and caused the fuse to burn."
