This review is to commend Jason Smith as the dealer my son and I dealt with to buy our first Subaru. My son is in the Air Force in Missouri and had a expensive never ending experience on a truck he purch son and I dealt with to buy our first Subaru. My son is in the Air Force in Missouri and had a expensive never ending experience on a truck he purchased a few years ago at a used car dealership in Rockford, il.. Because of the great reviews of Subaru's and much research he decided on a Crosstrek Sport. He decided on getting one in Illinois where our home is to handle all the license and registration and making it all easier for a drive off the lot deal. After checking a local dealer we were fortunate to contact Jason Smith at Grand Subaru about 60 miles away. Jason was patient, very helpful and found the perfect car which satisfied my son to the extend that he's the happiest in years. I did all the work and Jason was saintly patient with my mistrust of basically all car dealers after the costly truck my son had purchased used in Rockford, il.. Jason got us a better equipped car and saved us money over the other Subaru dealer in Rockford, il.. As my son came home on leave he tearfully thanked me for an outstanding car Jason had found him. He had saved and purchased his dream car. He never met Jason as his duty needed him back quickly. Thank you Jason.
