I went to multiple dealerships and it was bad experience after bad experience. I finally came across Grand Subaru and from the minute I walked in the experience was different. I was greeted by Matt Drwal the minute I walked through the doors. Matt did everything possible to put me in the best possible situation to help me get the car I wanted. Not once did he haggle or make me feel uncomfortable in any way during the process. Even after I left the dealership the first time, he gave me the option of holding the car I wanted, and was patient with me even after I rescheduled our next meeting multiple times. Buying a car isn’t always the easiest thing to do for multiple reasons. People like Matt make this process easy and comfortable. It was because of Matt that I was able to walk out with a 2021 Subaru WRX. Matt even dropped of my car at my home because I didn’t have anyone else to drive the car I came with. He assisted us in choosing a car over the phone and held it for us. He answered all of my questions or found answers through others. We had a small problem toward the end of the purchase, but Jason and the staff worked to ensure the issue was corrected and they were extremely gracious about the mistake. Things don’t have to be perfect if a dealership can help to make it right and take responsibility for the problem. Truly an organization with integrity. More

Recently went to Grand Subaru for the purchase of my first car on my own. I really enjoyed the experience and would recommend this place to my closest friends. The dealership, in general, gave top notch service. You were always greeted by one (sometimes even two) employees who are friendly and eager to help. Additionally, the facilities were very clean and organized. Bob's assistance as my salesman was truly excellent. Not only was his humor appreciated, he was very knowledgeable in the Subaru brand and vehicle models. He also gave honest answers to difficult questions - something I really respected. Although my car was brand new, it ended up needing to go to the Service Department shortly after the purchase. I was able to bring my vehicle in the same day I reported the issue, was given a very nice loaner for the night, and my car was fixed the very next day. While it was no one's fault, Bob absolutely took care of and resolved the problem in a very thorough manner. I am so grateful to have worked with him. To a dealership that truly cares - thank you so much! More
