I just purchased a new Crosstrek at this dealership. There was NO game-playing. Everything was straight-forward related to the car and pricing. My salesman, Gabriel, was wonderful. He was straight-forward and was NOT “pushy,” “annoying,” “manipulative” and “dishonest.” I went to many dealerships before purchasing a car here. I had really bad experiences, from salesmen being my "new best friend" to literally not caring about even selling the car. I had a pleasant car-buying experience at this dealership! More

Best thing I ever did was buy a car from Grand Subaru! Got a Subaru Crosstrek. Love it! Mark Drwal was our salesman. Very honest and upfront about the car price. Grand Subaru was the first Subaru dealer to make the buying experience a great memorable Subaru buying experience. From the first contact Cameron Haque was not approaching the sale of a Subaru like the buying experience a great memorable Subaru buying experience. From the first contact Cameron Haque was not approaching the sale of a Subaru like the typical salesperson. Cameron wanted to make sure that all the needs were met. Cameron went the extra mile on a day off to finalize the meeting and hold the car that I wanted. On the day of the sale Cameron's sales tactics did not change, still courteous and still not pushing the sale. After the initial sales were worked out, it came time for the financing which usually is the dreadful part for everyone. In this case Grand Subaru has an amazing finance person on their staff Chelsey LaPorta. First finance person I could hold a conversation with, and the first finance person who was not creeping on my finances. Chelsey was upfront and even after all the questions still had the patience to work with me. Thank you, Cameron and Chelsey for making the purchase of the Subaru a great memorable experience. More
