Chris was very helpful and helped me order a 2015 Wrx. It took exactly 2 months to get,like he said it would. It seemed like a long wait, but chris kept in contact with me the whole time with information,and updates. It helped the wait go by fast. Chris and the crew were very easy to work with,I've bought 6 new cars in the past and this was by far the best dealership experience I've had. I will be buying my next car from Chris at Grand Subaru in the future. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.. Thanks again to Grand Subaru, I'm loving my 2015 wrx! More

I ended up getting my car at Grand Subaru even though it is located about 250 miles from where I live ! I corresponded with Chris via email. He was fantastic, responded quickly every single time and provided me with all the details I asked for, thus making the process of buying a car as simple as possible. He also arranged for a blue impreza within 2 weeks ! I only had to go to the dealership to pick up my car! Everything was taken care of prior my arrival & was hassle free. Overall the experience was great and I am very satisfied. More

Most people know that Subaru won the Safety award in 2014 over all other automotive manufacturers, and that takes care of 50% of my needs right there. When I contacted Grand Subaru I spoke with Melissa Distel, the dealership's Internet Services Manager. I had researched what I needed and though she also pointed out a few items I had not looked at, she never used strong-arm sales tactics. Each time I communicated with the dealership, the receptionist, the Finance Manager, Melissa,, etc. I was treated as an important customer. I went to two other Subaru dealerships, and though they were courteous price and pressure werre always foremost on these dealership's minds. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Grand Subaru, and Melissa exemplifies a wonderful example as a respresentative of their dealership. I was provided with detailed expectations for ordering, contant email communication and top-notch service when arriving at their dealership to pick up my new vehicle. Thank you Grand Subaru and Melissa for exceeding my expectations, I will be recommending your dealership for many years! More
Lemon Grand Subaru sold us a lemon! They said the car had no defaults and that it was checked over. We have to put $2000 into it because the front suspensio Grand Subaru sold us a lemon! We have to put $2000 into it because the front suspension is messed up and the entire rear components are off balance and the car can't even be aligned. A reverse light was also out the day we bought it and the cruise control does not work. Very bad for business!! Bart said the car was in perfect order and that he could sell it for $1,000 more if at a VW dealership. Well, I'm pretty sure that is not the case. You took advantage of us!! More

Melissa accurately explained the pricing details on the options that we wanted, and based on our need and what we wanted she recommended we special order our Crosstrek. During that process she explained the timetable for expected delivery and gave status reports by e-mail. The process went smoothly and actually right on target. Having shopped other dealers, I had a good, comfortable working relationship with Melissa and Grand Subaru. It was worthwhile to travel the extra miles to purchase there. Thumbs up! More

I had a good experience communicating with a number of the dealerships, but Grand Subaru had the best price for a car very close to my specs and did not lack at all in the communications area -- important to me since I was buying from a distance. My calls and e-mails were returned quickly, and, working with Glenn, I felt comfortable about making the trip (by bus; the dealership was good enough to pick me up at O'Hare) to Chicago, knowing that I would find exactly what I expected to find at the exact price agreed upon. It was a smooth, efficient, and haggle-free experience (except for the requisite extended warranty pitch in the finance office). Definitely satisfied with the car and the dealership. More
