Chris was very patient with the 100's of questions I had for him. If there was a question he didn't have the answer to, he contacted the appropriate people to find the answer. I came to find out that it was going to take minimum 2 months before I ever received the car. Naturally, over that period of time I had additional questions to ask him. He kept in contact with me almost every week throughout the almost 3 month wait. When it finally came in, I was all ready to go on Monday Oct 6th. However, that morning I was scrambling to get everything in order and could not locate the title to the car I was trading in. I spent a good 2 hours on the phone that morning between Toyota Financial, the local DMV, and SOS. When I came to the realization that it was going to take at minimum 3 days before I could make the purchase and receive the car, I was upset (at myself for procrastinating) and my day was ruined. I finally broke down and wrote Chris an email apologizing that I wasn't going to be able to make our appointment on that day and I didn't have an exact time of when we could meet up. Chris immediately called me to let me know that it wasn't a big deal and that it could all be taken care of at the dealership for $125 (which is the exact amount the state was going to charge my anyways, only with no wait). That call made my day. Throughout the entire car buying process Chris was extremely helpful and was understanding of any concerns that I had. I would recommend him to anyone. Awesome experience. More

Efficient and No Tricks I purchase over the internet and found their responses to be prompt and accurate. I ordered the car and had to wait about 60 days for delivery. I came to pick up the car yesterday and there were no surprises. I don't live close to the dealership, so cannot comment on repair service, but purchase experience with Mason via emails was good. Chris Czaja helped in the sale and delivery of vehicle and he was very good. I'd buy another car from them given no-hassle experience. More

After reading the Forester forums online and seeing that people were getting great deals there I e-mailed Melissa Distel and told her what we wanted. She offered a great price that was considerably better than any of the dealerships in Michigan were willing to offer. There were only two additional fees that were reasonable but clearly spelled out in her initial offer; when we went to purchase the vehicle all the numbers added up with no surprises or hidden costs. The dealership does offer to sell some additional products and services but we declined and they didn't pressure us to buy more. Our wait for the finance person took longer than expected but the purchase went quickly after we met due to already having our own financing and a check ready to sign. It was very important to us that the dealership not attach a front license plate or any dealer graphics and they complied with the request without issue. The Forester we wanted was in high demand and had to be ordered from the factory with an approximate 3 month wait time. The vehicle arrived 2-4 weeks sooner than expected and throughout the whole process, Melissa was quick to reply to all of my e-mails and answer my questions. We ended up saving a considerable amount of money that wasn't negated by the expense of traveling to Chicago. It was a long day but worth the trip. Give them a call for your next Subaru! More

They had no cars that I wanted but had one on order that was exactly what I wanted, 'cept for the color (Twilight Blue). The web pages w/ pics of that color were horrible. She had another car in stock in the questionable color, sent me pics and invited me to see it. Went to see it and I loved it! We struck a deal the following Monday. Decent trade-in price and a very good car price. Suffice it to say don't go by internet pic colors. This is probably my 21st new car since 1973. I have never had an easier, no stress experience buying a car in my life! Grand Subaru ala Sandy Jackson is the only way to go! Understand that her dealership is fairly far from my house. The closer one in Naperville (Ger**d Subaru) dealt w/ me like I was just shopping. Didn't reply to my emails to the sales person, manager, nor the "part owner". Go to Grand w/ Sandy! More

Great communication with the process during the wait for the car to be built. Flew to O'Hare and they picked me up. I wasn't alone, lots of out of state people were getting theirs as well. It was a bit longer drive to Charlotte than I envisioned when I ordered, but the directness of the dealership in getting me the exact car, at a great price, with no hassle was worth the effort on my part to support their business. Maintenance Service not thoroughly performed After haggling over the $600 price and requesting honorship of a competitor dealer's coupon, I recently brought in my Subaru for a 60,000 mile mainten After haggling over the $600 price and requesting honorship of a competitor dealer's coupon, I recently brought in my Subaru for a 60,000 mile maintenance service. This maintenance service includes changing of several engine fluids (brakes, coolant, etc) and/or topping them off; as well as replacement of spark plugs among others. I knew it had to be done by the dealership because it's a major service in my mind. Although mechanically challenged, I've seen some of the fluid containers from opening the engine hood from time to time. I know that these containers have minimum and maximum markers so I was surprised and disappointed when i checked the car upon driving it back home. The coolant and steering fluids where nowhere near the maximum marks. Worse, the steering fluid was only slightly above the minimum level for a cold engine. Even the inexpensive window washer fluid wasn't topped off. I immediately called back the service guy and sent him pictures of what i saw through text messaging. He said the coolant should not really be topped off to the maximum level but agreed that the steering fluid seemed low and was unacceptable. Because it was late in the day, he was going to call me back the following day to schedule a technician who can visit me at home to top off the fluids. I didn't get a call back so i had to call the service manager and complain. While my complaints were eventually resolved and the coolant, steering and window washer fluids are now at their maximum levels, I can't help but wonder if the services I paid for were truly performed. Trust is hard to regain once broken. Customers beware! More
