I was pretty indecisive but Matt was really patient and helpful. He let me take my time and he wasn't pushy at all. After making up my mind, we ordered the exact car we wanted. We went to pick it up yesterday but we weren't able to get to the dealership until late in the afternoon. That meant Matt and the finance manager had to stay wayy late on a Saturday to help us. Even so they were super friendly which I really appreciated. One more thing: My overall impression of the dealership, not just Matt, was great! The entire staff was friendly and positive. Another salesman John helped us pry the rusted-on licence plates off my trade in. I know that might not seem like a big deal but we weren't his customers, he wasn't getting commission off us, and he definitely didn't have to get his hands dirty helping us out. As I was considering my purchase over the course of several weeks, I really appreciated the fact t I dealt with Chris Czaja in purchasing my new car. As I was considering my purchase over the course of several weeks, I really appreciated the fact that Chris stayed in touch but did not go overboard as so many salesmen do. Once I decided what I wanted, he gave me a price for the vehicle and the additional charges there would be. The price was excellent compared to everyone else I talked with and when I actually made the purchase, there were no surprise charges. As I was coming in from about 140 miles away and was not making a trade, Chris also arranged for me to be picked up at the train station. Overall, this was a very positive experience with both Chris and the dealership and I would certainly come back to them again. More
