He walked me through all the features of my new Forester and even connected my cellphone with the car's bluetooth system. Great Car Buying Experience Sandy Cuttone was awesome! There was no hassles and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in both price and customer service. There were no high pressure sales tactics used at all. Any information was presented in a way for me to make up my own decision. Sandy even went out of her way to call and let me know to postpone my coming in to purchase my car due to an unexpected incident causing them to be down one person. Upon inspection of my new car there was a dent in the hood and finger prints all over the inside so Sandy got a new hood put on and the inside cleaned out for me even before we were called up in the finance department. Dan was also very friendly and no pressures. He did his best to get me the best finance rate available and went through every option possible. All my questions were answered. They didn't hide anything from me. No hiddent costs. Most of all they were very friendly and honest! I would highly recommend this dealership!!! More

Enjoyable Car Buying Experience I went to Truecar.com to search for prices for a 2015 Subaru Forester. Truecar.com sent me quotes from three dealerships. Mike Slotwinski ( Grand Su I went to Truecar.com to search for prices for a 2015 Subaru Forester. Truecar.com sent me quotes from three dealerships. Mike Slotwinski ( Grand Subaru internet sales manager) contacted me with a price lower than the quote Truecar.com promised. He was extremely honest and listed all the prices for my reference: MRSP, dealer invoice and a complete breakdown of all the additional fees (tax, title, plates). He didn't have the car I wanted in stock but was able to get the one I wanted within a few days. When I went in to sign the papers, there were no hidden fees, no bait/switch with the car or missing features. Since this was my first Subaru, Mike took the time to explain every single button/feature. We even popped the hood so I would know where to find the washer fluid, engine oil, etc. We also went through the maintenance manual so I would know when I would need to bring the car in for service. Mike made it a point to tell me what type of oil to use for the best performance of the car. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks Mike! More
