After experiencing a few typical gotcha moments from other dealerships, I started to handle my car buying experience online before going in, which is how I met Chris. I wanted no markup bs, and a fair price. Chris was honest, personable and gave me the best price from the start. No other dealership in the area could even match it, and they were shocked at how good it was. In addition, he was upfront about licensing fees, add ons and taxes. I had the bottom line before I even went in to look at the car, and it was the exact amount that I ended up paying for it. No gimmicks or tricks!He answered all my questions and was patient, and went over every option that I asked. Chris didn't push once, and I finally actually enjoyed the fact that I was buying my first car! I sincerely recommend buying a car from him to ANYONE. I have zero regrets and love my Forester! More

They were so good with the Forester purchase that I didn't think it could get any better. I was wrong because they were even better with the WRX sale. I would recommend the D'Andrea brothers to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru or a quality pre-owned vehicle. The process of quoting and negotiating price was completely painless. I emailed exactly what I wanted via their website and Chris responded promptly with an extremely aggressive quote. I initially was looking at a 2015, but Grand had sold through their 2015 Allocation and I got bumped to a 2016. Not a huge problem for me and I was happy to wait and get my exact vehicle. When it arrived, the team took care of my paperwork remotely, including FEDEXing me the sales contract since I'm out of state. Once that was taken care of, we arranged transport and had the car shipped to me. It arrived two days later in Virginia. In all, I'm happy with my experience. I wanted nothing to do with negotiating prices inside a dealership, and Grand was happy to accommodate along with a great price. More

Matt Drwal at Grand Subaru was immediately responsive and had the absolute BEST price, by far. We went in the next day to take a look at their inventory, selected what we wanted and the process was as smooth and easy as it gets. The business manager, Dan D'Andrea was terrific, too. Total time: 2.5 hours, including a test drive. Love these guys! More

New 2016 Subaru Forester I have been searching for a new car for quite some time. Went to different dealerships, look for cars, and talk to sales representatives. Since car bu I have been searching for a new car for quite some time. Went to different dealerships, look for cars, and talk to sales representatives. Since car buying is not so easy with all the ins and outs, run around, and very "pushy" sales representatives, I was not very comfortable. I was looking for a brand new subaru forester and my co-worker recommended Grand Subaru in Bensenville, IL. He told me to check it out and maybe they will be able to work something out for you. He told me to look for Chris Czaja, at internet sales. I told him if he could go and check it out first, talk to him, ask questions and maybe set a schedule to meet with him. My co-worker called and said that Chris was just an awesome guy, gives a lot of options for you to choose from and he will be contacting us (e-mail) regarding pricing and options. We set a date to meet with him on 08/15/2015. When I finally met Chris, he was very accommodating, polite and very respectful. This made me very comfortable and relaxed at least. In fact, Chris already have the car we were looking for ready for us and we did test drove it. I decided that this is the car I was looking for. Chris made it very easy for me to purchase this car. Not only that he helped us but also LISTENED AND RESPECTED OUR OPINIONS. It is rare to find sales reps like him. I will definitely recommend Chris Czaja and Grand Subaru to my co-workers and friends. Dan D'Andrea at finance was also a wonderful person. He explained thoroughly the papers I am signing and the things that comes with it. NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Whatever things promised to me is what I actually received. Car buying could not be easier. Chris Czaja made final inspection on the car and took the time to demonstrate and explain the basic features of the car before we left. That is what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE. Told us to feel free to call him and Grand Subaru if I have any questions. To mention: All the employees we dealt with are very friendly and respectful. I didn't even know I was talking to the general manager. So if you go to Grand Subaru, Chris Czaja and Dan D'Andrea are the guys to look for. More

I got held longer than anticipated while I was deployed and Chris made sure to keep in touch with me and kept the car waiting for me until I got back. As soon as I got to the dealership everyone was incredibly friendly Chris took great care of me and the whole staff was very accommodating. I also received many thank yous for my service, it was nice to see a business that is friendly towards service members. I will absolutely do business with them in the future. More
