My friend had bought his car from Grand and suggested I try them. I got their best price over the internet without any haggling or even coming to the showroom. Their price was $1600 better than the other dealer. Nealy had everything organized, the whole process was smooth, and she gave me a 30 minute intro on how all the stuff works on the car in a nice heated delivery area. She gave me a follow up phone call a few days later to see if I had any questions. Overall I couldn't be happier with the dealer, and I'm very happy with the car. More

When I did arrive, I was immediately greeted by one of the sales people which has never happened before. I met with Kiril and we went for the test drive. After the test drive, we were able to get the papers processed asap. There wasnt at any time any pressure to purchase any add-ons and all of my questions were answered. More

I was in the market for a 2017 Subaru WRX and fired off emails to several Subaru dealerships in my area to get the best prices as opposed to getting into a haggling contest. Several came back with unusually low offers and weren't able to specify what other costs would be applicable or just wanted me to "come in." Nealy offered a great price (below TrueCar) and gave me a straightforward quote and was up front about any additional costs. The deal was exactly as her initial email stated with no surprises or last minute adjustments, which was very unexpected. Compared to my experience earlier in the year purchasing a 2016 Tucson, it was much more pleasant and by far the easiest I've had. Nealy Anderson was very pleasant to work with, honest, straightforward, and did not employ the high pressure sales tactics I experienced with other dealers related to warranties and other service packages. I would recommend her specifically to any individual looking to get a great price on a Subaru without the stereotypically unpleasant dealership experience. If I could go back in time, I would've likely purchased a Forester through her instead of a Tucson at another dealearship. More

The finance manager is a liar! When we come there to purchased the forester, it took us 3 hours and they said they will be closing soon. When we pick up the car they didn't gave us the bill of sale because they said the finance manager is not in his office and all paperworks is lock. We agreed that they will just deliver it to us. After three weeks we come back and ask for bill of sale. They gave us and there are some charges that he didn't discuss to us. When we ask about that extended warranty he said that they will gonna cover for everything for three years including the oil change that for three years all we have to worry is gas. Now that we schedule an appointment for an oil change they are asking us to pay. When i told them its included in warranty they said its not. When i told him what he said before he said he can't remember anything. We feel like they betrayed us and lie to us just to make a sale. I will never recommend this dealership to my relatives and friends More

Grand service Hands down the best service in town, I've been in Subaru for over 20 years and once I found Joe and Grand Subaru I haven't gone anywhere else. Joes a straight shooter and a pleasure to work with, maybe it's just me but honest service doesn't always seem to common in the auto repair business, which is not the case at Grand and with Joe. It's another reason I've stayed in Subaru. The whole series team is great from John on down, but when I found Joe at grand I had no need to look elsewhere. More
